They gave me a very good quote to repair it (Apple wanted $500). When I took it in they tested it and it charged! It turned out to be that I had two failed charging cables. I also wasn't using a power block as recommended. They sold me a new charging cable (and a power block) and I'm back in business far faster and cheaper than I expected. They could have simply done the quoted repair and made more money, but they didn't. I've been on Yelp for 12 years with only 24 reviews. I mostly only leave reviews for the very best experiences and they have definitely earned one.

The phone had been working just fine, and I only wanted to be proactive in getting it fixed. Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.
