Initially I thought that WACD was going to be like all the other shops I had brought my computer to in the past. The shops that charge an arm and a leg and then give you nothing. When I heard back from them within a few days and received a detailed report on what was wrong with my computer, their plan of action and the cost I was pleasantly surprised. However, this wasn't the end of my transaction with the wonderfully helpful staff at WACD. I picked up my computer a couple of days later and it ran like a beauty. Unfortunately, I went to renew my license with AVG anti-virus and ended up contacting a scammer!! I was freaking out! I called WACD back and they took back my computer, fixed all the issue again and even threw in a whole years worth of the real AVG for no extra cost!!! WACD went over and above to help and educate me on the proper proceedings of my computers health and safety. I couldn't have asked for a better and more friendly IT service! When I lost the sound on my laptop computer I took it back to Staples since it was in warranty. They said it would need to be opened and I could send it back to warranty people but since it takes a long time they said I could chose someone local. I had heard of WACD a new Tech sales & service so contacted them and they promptly checked it out. They tried to fix it but found the parts were not available any longer. I settled with warranty people and ordered a new laptop from WACD. They took time to find out everything I needed and ordered it in.
