Drive two and a half hours to come and pick up all of my items. I pay my loan. And as they're grabbing my items, they bring a similar but incorrect item. I catch it, they see it is wrong and go to get my correct item. Well, this is where it falls apart. My item is gone. I repeat. MY PERSONAL ITEM, THAT I PAYED A YEAR OF INTEREST ON AND MY LOAN PAYMENT TO GET - IS GONE. In the end in my rage I settled for my original loan amount for MY ITEM THAT SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN MISPLACED AND SOLD - WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE UNTIL I PAY TO GO GET IT OUT. And to make it worse, the man with dark hair and glasses told my boyfriend who had been in there with me that it WAS HIM WHO DID IT and HOW HES BEEN MESSING UP LIKE THIS LATELY?! You fire him!!!!
