Walked in and saw three employees and only one of them was helping a customer. The other two weren't doing anything, especially helping other customers or myself. I just left since no one there really cared about helping the customers. They're probably not making a commission. read more

It has been a long time since I have experienced customer service as horrible as this at the Valencia Mall location. I needed to return a WiFi device. The instructions T Mobile sent me said to take to any store or UPS store. Since I was going to the mall I thought why not take it. The employees told me I could not return it there and that I needed to take to UPS. I showed them the letter from The T Mobile, they said the letter from The Mobile "was not true". I called T Mobile support and asked... They said the store should take it!! I was berated and treated like a piece of trash. I kept calm but it was hard to believe how unprofessional the manager and employees were. After taking to the UPS store for shipment... I stopped by another T Mobile store that I saw on the way. I asked them if I could return the device to them. They said "Yes".... Wow... He also said they have a company line they can call if they need help. The moral of the story is this:. Please don't support the T Mobile store in the Town Center Mall. Rude and unprofessional Management should not be condoned or supported. Thank you. read more

Please stay away from this store they sell people phones for a quick sale going on my 4th phone BEWARE STAYAWAY my phone freezes drops calls and more dont get sucked into there shitty plans at least Verizon worked correctly but was more money you pay for what you get. Manager screwed up on all my phones switching the phone sim numbers and all our phones. Then when I finally switched to Sprint (next door) I had to get my account number so I had to go over and ask them. The sales associate rolled his eyes at me and begged me to go to Verizon instead of Sprint because that's their competitor. Really dude?! I'm switching because I never got any good customer service from any Tmobile nearby and I was with them for 7 years! Terrible. Plus that place is small and always too many people and not enough help. read more

Very upset with this company/store. Called on Monday to see when they close and if i could come in to get a new phone. They said they close at 9 but they don't do data transfers past 7pm. Mind you most people don't get back into town from their jobs out of town until 630 7 , like myself. So I called other tmobile stores to see if this was for all of them. They said no that's not their policy. They said that store probably just didn't want you to come in before they closed so they didn't have to stay later. I think that's terrible customer service. We were going to give them business and they turn people down because they are worried to not leave early. I've been in customer service for over 13 years. When I was in sales I never turned down business. I will be making this complaint to corporate as well. This store will never get any of my business again. !!STAY AWAY!! I would rate this T-Mobile location and it's staff 0 stars if I could honestly . I came here with my father yesterday to sign up for new service and cancel our current service and switch from Verizon after my father was contacted by a corporate sales representative and offered the senior plan and rate. We come to this store with all the necessary paper work and information the only hiccup was that my fathers wallet was recently stolen and all he had in terms of valid identification was an old passport and his birth certificate ( which are valid forms of government identification and a birth certificate is practically valid until you die. ) and were told that we couldn't sign up for the plan at that price because his ID is invalid and won't be accepted! After My father and I asked if there was anything they can do the salesman went to the back to "check" and came back and said I could sign us up for other service at other prices but they couldn't accept my fathers ID and sign us up for the over 55 plan and wouldn't believe he's who he said he was and wasn't over 55 even though he had his Official State Birth Certificate! So we left the store and spent over 20 mins on the phone talking to 6 different people at T-Mobile corporate and finally found someone who could help us and sent my father and I over to Derrell and Giovanny over at the T-Mobile store at 24313 MAGIC MOUNTAIN PKWY and they took care of us as soon as we walked in the door with no hassle and had us signed up for new service and out the door in about 30 mins!! I worked with Ethan, Phillip, and another gentlemen (whose name escapes me right now) to get everyone set up on a family plan. Our situation was a mess with all of our lines coming from different providers. The guys stayed with it researching how to get it done and get my existing phones unlocked. It was late on a Sunday and it took past closing time but they never even brought it up that I was keeping them late, just kept working. They are all extremely personable and a pleasure to work with. Very glad I made the switch. Also, I got a free share of T-Mobile stock and Pokemon Go does not count against my data plan, which is awesome. read more

Worst manager I have dealt with!!!So recently I purchased a note 7 from this store. Finding out my phone was in a recall do to battery issues I called this location and asked what I need to do in order to receive a fixed note 7 , they put me on a waiting list and told me they would call me when the phone was available, so I waited a week or so. I had flight out of the United States coming up and no call yet so I decided to give them a call and I was told by a representative that they had one note 7 in stock but they were not sure if they could exchange it for me since they they had to be order over the phone through T-mobile, he then told me to call T-mobile to verify if I could get my phone exchange for the one instock. So I did I called T-mobile and a representative told me that they have change procedure and any Customer could walk in and exchange the phone, so she went ahead while I was on the phone and called this T-mobile store to explaine the new procedure to the manager STEPHANIE and also have that phone in stock on hold to for me. STEPHANIE rudely said that, that wasn't the procedure !!professionally the T-mobile representative told her she can forward her the new procedure for the recall. She said no need to they had the new procedure sent out to them already, and she told us they had no note 7 in stock and hung up ! I was really upset something this serious was a joke to STEPHANIE. Then the representative called around all the T-mobile store near me to see if she could find any, but no luck. She offered me to get a temporary phone, so I agreed and went to this T-mobile store to exchange my phone for a temporary phone. representative was really nice and helpful when I told him the issue he then told me he had a note 7 in stock so I would not need to receive a temporary phone. He ended up exchange the phone for a note 7 that STEPHANIE said they did not have in stock!! Finally I had a fixed phone and I was able to fly, unfortunately weeks later I find out the repaired note 7 are defective as well. The problem is the horrible service that STEPHANIE gave and the games she was playing, that's what really upsets me out of all this situation!! I am a loyal T-mobile Customer and a Samsung Customer but people like her should NOT BE INCHARGER specially in a delicate situation like this one!!! We started going to the Tmobile store in the mall after having numerous bad experiences with the store in Stevenson Ranch. We have always had good service at this store; but, today, our sales associate, Shelbi, went above and beyond. Shelbi is not only adorable (she was wearing pink lipstick and sneakers to match her Tmobile shirt) and very sweet, she is very knowledgeable regarding the various cell phones and their capabilities. She not only made sure we found a cell phone that meets our needs at a reasonable price, she was very thorough with transferring our data to the new phone, installing the screen protector and case, and double checking that all the pricing came out correct (despite their technical issues with their store computers). Shelbi cares about her costumers and providing them with excellent service. We will continue to use this location for our cell phone needs and will request to work with Shelbi whenever possible. read more

I went into T-mobile, expecting to be overwhelmed by everything, like usual when walking into a cell phone shop. I just made a career change, so I needed something cheaper than what I had, and I also needed a smart phone. I was coming from Verizon, so my bill for a cheap-o flip phone was like $80/mo--horrible. I was helped by Jacqueline H., on or around Dec. 22nd. I meant to post this a lot sooner, but the holidays were very busy and I am moving, which is also a lot to handle. Jackie made my phone situation super easy, and her manager was also very helpful and nice. I have been super stressed out with life, and these associates really helped to make one aspect of my life seriously more manageable. She walked me through literally everything, multiple times, and she even managed to carry on a nice conversation, which was relaxing. She was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Later on, after my visit, I even had a slight issue with billing. Jackie promptly called that department for me, and got it all straightened out. Such good service! I am so glad that I switched to T-mobile, and Jackie has a lot to do with this :) [P.S.--I would have given her all 5's for the survey that was supposed to be emailed/texted to me, but I never received said survey.] Happy New Year! read more
