There were 2 workers I came in and I had 1 person ahead of me. 1worker was with 3 customers for over 45 min. The other worker, took the person ahead of me and then disappeared. I waited for 45 min. All I wanted to do was turn in a trade in phone. I will NEVER go to this place again. The T-Mobile in Valencia mall has the most terrible customer service. We came here twice within two weeks and both times, we had to wait an hour to 1 1/2 hrs. Two employees that take a long time with each clients and do not even acknowledge and apologize to those that are waiting for ever. We will never come to this location again. Corporate needs to assess the customer level at this location and make necessary changes because this is ridicules. We experienced no wait time as we stepped into this mall location, then making our inquiries. One of the iPhone 13s; 13, 13 Pro or 13 Pro Max will be on the table. But waiting for the iPhone 14 to drop soon could give me an even better deal on the 13 we were informed. We're becoming more and more dissatisfied with our current provider AT&T. Horrible experience. I have been with T-Mobile for years and never experienced what I did today. First there was a wait-list because they apparently was short staffed. Then I was told to go shopping or something and that they would contact me after 45 minutes. They didn't. When I walked back in the building, I saw that they had taken people before me, and one of the guys said, 'YOUR NEXT!". The when my turn came...again...the guy told me that he didn't know how to do retail. Then the Sr. Chris person took me, saw that I was Prepaid and treated me like a 2nd class citizen. I picked out a phone (he never asked what my budget was), then what I selected, 'wasn't in stock' or 'we can look for it in the back'...but instead he brought me a ton of phone protectors (cases). The the Non-Retail Doing Staff was with a lady, and asked an insurance question, Sr. Chris expert leaves me, to go assist the other staff and the lady with the insurance issue. I am just sitting there...needing a phone upgrade. That's all I needed. I left because I don't do non-productive days and I had already wasted nearly 2.5 hours dealing with these people. I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 25yrs. I've never had an experience like the one I had earlier today. My wife was having an issue with her Zfold3 (a black line in the middle of the phone where it folds). So i went here about a week ago to see if I can have a replacement phone since I have the insurance for it anyway. The rep took the phone to the back and asked her manager what to do and her manager told her that they can't process the claim coz the phone is "damaged." The phone was not damaged but defective. So I went the other route and called customer service to see what else can be done. Afters a long conversation with the rep and questions, they determined that it was a defect and they will ship me a replacement. As soon as I got the text that my phone is ready to be picked up, I went straight to the same tmobile branch but the manager was actually on the sales floor and refusing to give me my phone. So I decided to leave and call the customer service again and told them what happened and asked them to cancel my insurance claim and reprocess it but ship it in my house. I don't recommend anyone to go to this branch. The manager doesn't have a good management ethic. read more

Do not trust a single person in the store. I went in to buy a new phone because I lost mine. The rep advised me to buy the phone from apple because it would be a little cheaper. So I did. I just called T-Mobile to discuss my bill and was informed that had I bought the phone from T-Mobile to discuss my bill. The rep on the phone was named Hector. He was very nice and helpful but he did inform me that I missed out on a $150 credit. Had I bought the phone from T-Mobile and traded in an older phone that I have, I would have received a $150 trade in credit. So I asked him to give me that credit. He was limited to a $40 credit so I asked to speak with a supervisor. Les D is her name and she is beyond rude and has no business working in customer care. Aside from continually speaking over me, she called me a liar multiple times. Clearly T-Mobile does not take responsibility for their staff and feel that it's ok to insult their PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! At the end I took the $40 credit as it was clear that I wouldn't get anything else. I will be switching carriers asap. I was planning to leave T-Mobile anyways as their service quality is garbage. I urge T-Mobile to listen to the call that we just had and fire this rude person. And just in case they do listen and then respond I will stay completely transparent and say that yes I did tell her to go F herself at the end. That is the minimum that she deserves. She should be in the unemployment line. And so should the person that advices me not to buy through the store. Really how stupid does one need to be. He waited patiently as the women in front completed her task. When I first purchased my phone I got offered to buy a plan where I get my screen protector replaced for free. I have used this service throughout the 2 years I've had this phone. Today I walk in and ask if I get it replaced and I'm told they're busy but they can take my number and to wait approximately 25 minutes. I walked around and came back to wait. I saw as they took 5 walk ins. After an hour passed I went to ask how much longer and they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. I I let them know I hadn't received a message that it was my turn but that I saw they were taking walk ins. Within 5 minutes I was done. They either could have told me to wait instead of having me waste my time for an hour. read more

We went because we got new phones and needed help activating them. We were told we'd have to wait 15 minutes, so we waited 20, and then we're told we'd have to wait another 30 minutes to an hour due to there being an internet outage. We were so upset that nobody was even trying anything for us. Then Jonathon (an employee) walked up and attempted and SUCCEEDED to activate our phone by himself WITHOUT ANY CONNECTION. Meanwhile, everyone else is doing absolutely nothing and are laughing and just standing around. This location is ALWAYS the worst, with the worst employees, but I can't even express to you, how amazing it was to see an employee go above and beyond trying to fix our problem. He even knew they have a reception blocker at their location and walked across the street to test it to see if our phones did in fact activate. This employee, after 2 years of working with the location is the FIRST employee I have encountered that is amazing. Can't even express this enough. The rest of the employees there are honestly jokes. read more

Terrible. After my phone started having problems I came in and asked if I could get a replacement given my insurance plan. I was told "You're not getting a replacement phone..." and that I should just buy a new phone. I went to another T-Mobile and they were able to give me a brand new phone via a warranty exchange swapping my broke phone at no cost... they even admitted that the other salesman probably just wanted to sell me a new phone! When I called and asked the first T-Mobile store about this I was told that the salesperson misunderstood... even if he did misunderstand that would have cost me $600!! They even hung up on me the first time I called, had to call back. I'm not saying all T-Mobiles are likes this, but the person I dealt with, John, was pretty off putting. read more

Went in this store on Friday evening to see about switching service from another carrier and to buy an iPhone 6s. You could tell right off the bat that I was intruding. I wanted the refurbished version. T-mobile guy - "don't stock it" Me - "it can be ordered, right?" T-Mobile guy - "yes" Me - "can we do that then? I want to get the 4gb plan" T-Mobile guy - "you can't have an iPhone on a 4gb plan. T-Mobile is not an honest business. About 3 months ago I switched service from AT$T to T-Mobile based on an ad promising $35 service for seniors. That plan no longer existed according to the rep, it was actually $55. I still signed up after the rep told me they would pay off my old phone and I could upgrade to a newer one. That's when the problems began. First the rep processed my paperwork wrong and I did not get my old phone paid off. Then it took a couple of Months for T-Mobile to figure out the problem was caused by the rep's incompetence. Now, I am told that, 3 months later that they will only give me a portion of the cost of my old phone. The bill has gone to collections and I have to now go back to the store to get the amount they will send me via text. Beware, question everything they tell, they only appear to be nice until they don't have to. read more

Had a really strange issue occur with my phone where corporate gave me a refurbished phone still linked to someone else and i wasnt able tonuse the jump program. Associate manager here spent almost 2 hours researching the problem and trying to figure out exactly what was wrong and what to do, and called a bunch of different corporate customer service and business service lines to help me out. Eventually got it all solved. Would not have been able to do this on my own and really appreciate her persistence and drive to solve my problem with customer care. While I know she probably doesn't want to have to solve more problems like this, I do recommend this store because they will work to help you with your problems and with a great customer service attitude, too! read more

I had very bad experience in Valencia Marketplace with a manager Luis Mendoza. Usually a manager have to help and solve the problem, but instead he was unprofessional, didn't tell true to the customer. I've been charge extra $20 upgrade support charge for buying a new phone which T-Mobile never charged me before. He was telling me that they charge additional fee all the time. I ask him if he can find any support charges previously in my account, he left for 10 minutes to look in my account and when he came back, he said that I bought 2 phones 4 years ago and I he can't look a history in my account because it's a long time ago. In my opinion, he found out that I bought a phone 4 years years ago, but couldn't find any additional support charges because there were none. He simply lied and argued with me about previous support changes even I bought 2 additional phones this year. Ive been a long time T-Mobile customer and ask him to credited back $20 plus tax but he didn't want to do anything. He didn't want to explain anything. I called to customer service and solve the problem, but I'll never come to this brunch again.
