I would avoid this Verizon store. Every time I've visited, there has only been one employee…read moreworking, and the customer service has been very disappointing. When I walked in, an employee named Marco, who was wearing glasses, was helping two customers. He never looked up to greet or acknowledge me. I stood in front of him for 5-10 minutes waiting for some acknowledgment, but he never said a word. I finally asked how long the wait would be, and he told me about 10 minutes. While I was waiting, he seemed to work very slowly, carrying on long conversations instead of trying to help the customers more efficiently. During that time, I saw two other customers walk in, realize no one was going to help them, and leave. After waiting about 15 minutes, he finally helped me, but there was no apology for the wait. I was there to purchase two new phones, and the process only took about five minutes. A couple of weeks later, I discovered that my trade-in had never been processed and several parts of my order had been handled incorrectly. This store needs to be reviewed by Verizon's corporate office. Customers deserve to be acknowledged when they walk in, treated with respect, and have their transactions completed correctly.

I was never offer a samsung phone. He gave me a Google Pixel 9 free with free accessories. I told him I was only paying approximately $40 per month. I went home and realized my annual bill would be over $500 more annually. So I attempted to return the phone on Monday shortly after the store opened. I was told it was in a dropbox in their safe and no one could open it. On Monday I spoke to Agusto who said he would write a note on the safe to return my Samsung S21 and they would call me . Never heard back to I went to the store for the 3rd time. None of employees who were there on Tuesday were there on Sunday or Monday. No manager on site. Bottom line I paid a $50 restocking fee. BOTTOMLINE. BUYER BEWARE. Fast talkers to pricing with tradeins. Unlike other non Verizon stores they post pricing and $ off or amount of of trade in. NOT TRANSPARENT!!!
