    Summit Tandon helped me and boyfriend out where I could join his account and start a family plan…read more Not only did he help us transferring my phone and Apple Watch account from Sprint/T-mobile, but he also assisted my boyfriend in getting his phone replaced through an insurance claim because my boyfriends phone has been acting up. Honestly Summit went above and beyond helping us and made sure the whole process was smooth and successful. Happy to be a Verizon customer too!

    This review is for Jorge employee who works in Selma and Dinuba…read more I had a very concerning experience when helping my elderly parents upgrade their phones at this store. My parents are on my phone plan and went in for an upgrade. They were assisted by an employee named Jorge. During the visit, they traded in their old phones and left them with him. Later, I received a bill showing charges for phones that were supposedly not returned, even though my parents had already handed them over. I called Jorge during the week (he told me he works in Selma during the week and Dinuba on Sundays). He said he could not help me over the phone and that I would have to go in person to the Dinuba store so he could look for the phones. I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me there wasn't one. I also asked if he could have a coworker check for the phones, but he said he preferred to look himself because others might not do a proper search. When Sunday arrived, I called again and explained that this issue needed to be fixed and that I would escalate to corporate if necessary. Suddenly, he was able to correct the issue in the computer right away. This left me wondering why it could not have been resolved when I first called during the week. Overall, this experience was stressful and concerning, especially because my elderly parents were involved. AVOID AVOID AVOID JORGE !!!!!
