Terrible service. I went into store to transfer the info from an old phone onto a newer phone for…read moremy mom. The clerk that helped me was Tanner. He keep saying he needed pass codes, then he said " oh I can go around that". After 90 minutes he still could not move everything over. I asked if he could get help, he said no. Then I asked if he would just move what he had moved back to the original phone so we could use the original phone. He said ok, then he proceeded to use my personal phone number by mistake and then I had 3 phones that would not work. Finally he told me to go to the Verizon store in Riverdale. I asked if he would call the other store and tell them I was coming in and tell them what he had been doing with the phones but he said " no just go down to that store. I was supposed to leave for California in less than 2 hours and I didn't have a phone that worked. It was very frustrating. I would not even give a one star.

I told him that I break my screen protectors a lot because of what I do for work. So he told me that the screen protectors have a warranty and will cover everything. It just so happens that nothing is covered under warranty only if it's a manufactured defect. The sales rep had to call Verizon operators to ask a question. He was super rude to them. Verizon is already a rip off with all their extra fees and taxes, but please don't lie to me.
