Went into this store about an hour before closing time. The two associates working at the time were busy with two customer I patiently waited until 6pm which is there closing time. The associate said she couldn't help me because they were supposed to be closed. I proceeded to ask why she wouldn't have told me they didn't have time to assist me instead of having me wait for no reason. Then she reluctantly agreed to help me only to tell me I couldn't add a new watch to my line without paying cash for the watch. Terrible customer service. Never have I had to pay a device in cash at any t mobile store ever. Also the manager on duty could have cared less and completely ignored me when I walked in. Please avoid this location at all cost. I ended up going to a different t mobile location and was in and out in less than 15 minutes . This location is atrocious. read more

Last year, I signed up for a phone plan at T-Mobile in Rowland Heights (18916 Gale Ave, Rowland Heights, CA) with the help of an employee named Levon Li. Near the end of the process, he saw that we had kids and offered to "give us free smartwatches for them" -- we just had to pay the taxes. He seemed trustworthy at the time, and since he was operating the T-Mobile app on our behalf, we agreed. For the past year, the account was on autopay, and I didn't check closely. Recently, when I wanted to switch carriers, another representative asked me to log into my app -- that's when I discovered he had deleted the T-Mobile app from my phone after signing up. I had no idea! Once I reinstalled the app and checked the bill, I found out we had been charged monthly fees for all of those "free" smartwatches. Now I can't even switch carriers unless I pay off the full remaining balance on those devices. Giving out "free watches" and then charging monthly fees without consent is highly deceptive. Worse, Levon had me send my Social Security Number and personal documents to his private phone -- this is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. I now seriously suspect potential misuse of customer information. He may have transferred to the Alhambra store, so please be cautious if you come across Levon Li. I'm sharing this so others don't fall into the same trap. T-Mobile, please take responsibility for supervising employees and protecting customer information! read more

Your employee Vivian has two faces. She's extremely impatient and even scolds Mandarin-speaking customers. However, she treats English-speaking customers very differently. On February 7th, 2026, at 4 PM, my wife and I went to the store to get a new phone number. I spoke Chinese, but my wife doesn't. Came to this location to get a new account and for some reason when you sign up on their tablet you need to put in your social.. weird but I guess since you can privately punch in the numbers. For some reason it kept saying I was typing it incorrectly and that's when nick made a racist comment saying he was going to call the police if it didn't work. I'm not sure why this T-Mobile location is rated 3.5 stars?! I had to finally but Very unwillingly retire iPhone6S!!!! After I recently found out that it kept resetting itself for no reason like two days ago, I was sad to see this old model go. Well~Not quite retiring it, but I do need new phone for new job because old iPhone won't let me download Microsoft Teams. I now have 2 iPhones but will still need to treasure my iPhone6SE. I left all former pics and notes untransferred, so I'll be up navigating iPhone12. I strive to stay as old schooled as possible not upgrading but for work purposes, I really do need this piece of luxury. My mom and I uncovered this local 'T-Mobile,' not too far away in Rowland Heights, CA. The sales technician we came across was super friendly, helpful and spoke Mandarin though we were all bilingual anyways. Thanks Steve for all your patience helping me locate a new phone. Steve was very detailed, patient and efficient: he even provided us an additional line promotion we didn't know was available. I guess this was my lucky visit? I was going for iPhone7, but that was apparently outdated already. So I had to unwillingly skip from iPhone6SE all the way to iPhone12. Came here to change the screen protector and Devin was so rude! He hemmed and hawwed the whole time like he didn't want to help. WTF!!! WHAT A JERK! ***HOLE! Asked for the manager and he said they already left for the day. He couldn't find the screen protector listed on the 360 Protection Ins which I understand but when I told him we had a receipt he said there was no way to fix it (meaning he or Tmobile could not link the purchase to the phone number). So I called the manager from Tmobile location in Wilshire and asked him and he said the rep could submit a ticket. Wilshire manager asked to be put on speaker to show rep Devin how to do it. It appears Devin knew how but didn't want to help. He also pushed the screen protector over to us and said in a rude way, "You going to replace it yourself?". Checked in yesterday and Justin was Fantastic Asset in assisting me to upgrade my new phone! Right when my Mom and I walked in the Store felt very clean, organized, and clutter free. Justin greeted us immediately and listened attentively to my needs, and was a terrific Advisor in Beat Matching the A12 to Me as my next phone which is an AMAZING upgrade from my last A11. The Camera is so much better, and I like the Spaciously Sexy Size too!! Justin took care of business VERY politely and efficiently and even sold me on a phone case I am totally in love with!! This location refuses to help customers with issues. They said their rules are different than T-Mobiles rules. I was told by a tech to take my internet equipment back to any location and they would switch it out for me because it was defective. When I arrived at this location they told me that I have to do it online. They wouldn't do it for me. Went to a different location in the city of Walnut and they took care of me no problem. Don't waste your time with them. T-Mobile brags about good customer service. This place should be closed. read more

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I walk into the store to ask about the "jump" program. First off, they made us wait for almost one hour , when the store traffic wasn't as heavy. Then a man named "Nick" comes and says he'll help us ( my husband and I) He says the store is not familiar with "jump" and he was not able to help us. That we can go to another store in "Covina" and they can help us out. I then ask him what is the difference between this store between this store and going to another t-mobile store. He proceeds to see that "Asians" don't do jump and only "you guys" do. Not sure what he meant exactly but my husband and I left the store feeling very discriminated and rejected. We weren't given any more help. This is very unacceptable, and the fact that I have been with T-Mobile for almost 15 years makes me rethink. I also got this on video. The store manager Krystal was extremely professional and patient to help us to reset the Apple Watch for our kid. A few client was waiting in line , but she didn't rush us, and even when the divise was loading she didn't drop us. She also gave us some great advice on our phone plan. I'm giving this place 5 stars due to one of the workers named Timothy ! I came in this store and it seemed busy as each worker there was with a client. No one checked in with me to greet me or acknowledged me at the same time I can see that the employees there where with other customers. I was there on my lunch break and I became frustrated as more than 10 minutes had passed and i haven't been helped or acknowledged. I was about fed up and having thoughts of how unprofessionally this place was, than Timothy comes in what looks like from lunch break and he greets me in such a warm and respectful way that all that pent up anger and frustration seemed to go away instantly. Timothy was very considerate and respectful with his assistance with me and I left the store very happy and felt very respected. I was laughing to myself after because I had the worst thoughts and was even going to terminate my service with T-Mobile but because of Timothy's considerate excellent customer service I left there more happier than I was upset ! read more
