Do not use this despicable store if you value your time! Eva bought her phone here and established service. 6 months later the phone began having problems dropping call and with general reliability. She took it in for replacement, got her number changed, and asked that all the info be loaded on the new phone from her old phone. She came back later to pick her phone up and the lady had put a lock screen pin on it and didn't remember the number! They did not know how to fix it! Does T-Mobile hire complete morons to staff their stores? We took the phone to the store at near Columbia Center Mall and had them fix it! Eva is suffering from medical complications and did not need this added stress! I am pissed beyond belief at the staff of the Richland Store and the woman who put the pin on without permission needs to be terminated! With prejudice! MORONS!!!!! read more

Needed to add a line. The guy convinced me to change my rate plan so I could get a promotion on a new phone. He said quite clearly that it would not change my rate. Sounded too good to be true, I asked "what is the catch?" He laughingly said, "No catch." Then the monthly bill comes around and it is $200 more than I used to pay. Did he assume I wouldn't notice that? Every time I go into one of the local T Mobile stores, not only am I insulted by the hot pink decor, but they try to swindle me. I think the reps must be trained to upsell and then lie about it. Called customer service and after an hour on the phone they mostly got things fixed but still left a bad taste in my mouth, and I am still paying more than the local guy promised. read more

I was irritated today, I was directed by t-mobile to go into a store location and get a new sims card. I walked in, explained what I was there for. Because it wasn't my account, Rudy didn't want to help me. I asked him to call my daughter who was the account holder to ask her to call 611 to add me, so I can do business. Explaining because I need a new card, I had no way of getting ahold of her, for she lives out of town. He seemed irritated with me, but called and left a message. I ask if he could call another number for me, he walked away from the phone, and told me I needed to leave the store. Not once did i curse, or yell. I was irritated! All I have to say, is; Rudy, if you cant help the older generation with their cell phone problems, you might be in the wrong business. Extremely rude and dismissive I tried to get Justin Manuel to find out why their was 2 different final amounts that sprint wanted me to pay on my final bill he was treating me like I was wrong I showed him my email that showed what I was talking about he just dismissed me again not even looking at the email and started talking over me, telling me I needed to call customer service. I stated loudly because I was already frustrated, that I wanted him to call sprint because I don't want to spend an hour on the phone when it's a quick phone call for him and he just states he can kick me out of the store for raising my voice. so I ask for the managers name and business card and he laughs at me tells me her name and states I can figure the rest out on my own, he's an arrogant prick do not shop here! all of these phone company's are horrible. read more

I'm very disappointed with the store manager Justin. He basically told me there was nothing I could do unless I upgraded my 4mos+ old phone. He was rude even though the gal with him started right away trying to help. I hope Justin is not in charge of training "customer service". I went to Metro PCS to start a new service but went to another phone and called customer service back, they were helpful earlier I just need my phone for doctors now. Everyone immediately got to work on my replacement phone for $5 service fee. They were wonderful and my new, new phone will be here on Tuesday. Justin claimed nothing he could do without a $99 upgrade and no one else would be able to help either. Attempted to call customer service for me, epic fail on his end. I hope Justin learns a lil empathy and gets a bit of personality for next customers. No one should be treated unworthy due to no commission. I've been a customer too long to deal with a "car salesman" attitude. Thank you everyone in Albuquerque Dedra, Victor, another nice woman and customer service manager. It's people like them that made me stay. I know the 2 gentleman I've dealt with at Metro PCS so far are great!!! I will be depending on them.
