He has a representative do the initial quotes and then comes in later and tries to upswell you on buying a different phone instead of repairing your original. He took our phone, told us it was in the back and he was working on it. When we asked for phone back because his practices were so obviously shady and deceptive, he couldn't give it to us. There are plenty of other phone repair shops and I would strongly encourage everyone to go to anywhere else but here.

I returned the next during my lunch. He told me to pick it up at 6pm. I returned to pick up my phone at 6:15 and the lady tech said she didn't have time to work in it today. She told me to leave it again or come back a third day. Obviously, this place does not have enough workers to the military community. The techs are not very friendly or accurate with their orders.

I went into the store and they did not know who that was. I showed the worker the ad and the messages that were sent to me and he said that they did not even have the phone available. He then offered a 512 GB phone for $1400. This place seems to be a baiting switch/scam situation. Be very cautious coming to the store.
