I've been to a handful of T-Mobile's and this one has been the worst one. If i could give zero stars I would. The store manager gave us attitude and made us wait over 2 hours while she took her time on her personal phone and kept saying "in a minute" if you could go to another tmobile, save yourself the trouble and do so. If I could give this store a 0 star, I most definitely would. I went to the T-Mobile retail store on Ovilla Road in Red Oak, TX. When I entered the store, there was one employee there (white man with a pony tail) and one customer. It took him over 10 minutes to acknowledge that I was even in the store. He told me he would be right with me. After waiting 10 more minutes, I asked how much longer would he be, as I only returning a tablet because I didn't no longer want it on my plan. He then told me that I can ship the tablet them and that customer service would send me a box. I explained that I purchased the tablet in the store and was told by customer service that I had to return it to the store. He then said, "Well I'll be awhile with this customer". He refused to stop and help me with a simple return. I then called the customer service from the store and they informed me that his information was incorrect and that I had to return the tablet in the store. I told him what they said and he looked confused and still said I had to wait until he was done. The customer told me that it will probably take an hour or so for her transaction. I spent almost 2 hours in the store on Sunday, May 23rd, to transfer my service and purchase a new phone. During that time, many customers came in and out of the store and Kesha (T-Mobile employee) would stop helping me to assist them. She didn't tell them that they had to wait 2 hours until she was done with me. I left the store and now will have to drive to another location tomorrow praying that I will receive better customer service. I will NEVER go to the store in Red Oak again. I filed a complaint against the store while I was on the phone with customer service. I am waiting for a response from a manager regarding their poor customer service. read more

Worst T-Mobile experience ever here, avoid this store at all cost. After 30 minutes of them trying to figure out how to do a Jump on Demand, Manager says they will REQUIRE you to buy accessories when purchasing a phone. No other store does this and it is NOT company policy. Beware of these scammers. read more
