Horrible horrible horrible. This is the second time this store messed things up. I was told one my rate would be a certain price and phones would be one price and completely messed it up. So bad that customer service can't fix it. The sales person did attempt to help fix the issue but the manager refused to own up to the mistake. So it's now time for arbitration, stay away from this store!!! read more
