However, I was extremely pleasantly surprised. We showed up on a Saturday about an hour and a half after the doors opened. We were immediately attended to. George (manager) was so good! He explained everything very clearly with all the possible options for each choice. I didn't feel.pressired to make any decisions or pushed by an agenda he had. I felt he truly wanted the best decision for me. Yep, this is my new AT&T store. Thanks, George!

Steven was amazing and apologized for the rudeness of his manager. Psl Verizon has been our only store thanks to Luis that works there. He's our favorite. Sorry to have to write this review but what a rude manage Devon to compaction to little girls feelings. Didn't even seem to care he was quick to get rid of us. Was not happy with him at all. The Store Manager, Anthony, has got to be one of the funniest, most relatable people I've ever come across at a GameStop, and I've been to a lot of their locations throughout S Florida and Atlanta. The store is always kept very neat and tidy. The staff are all very knowledgeable about the hardware and related software. Personally, I purchase my games digitally, but when I need a GameStop, I think of this store above all others.

The laptop screens were incredibly dirty and protective layer was stripped. They sell broken chromebooks from 2011 with a broken screen for 45$ and 2016 gaming laptops with a broken fan for 1200$. Price is inconsistent. Not to mention, I showed interest in 3 laptops, they were all nasty, weren't charged in , price no where to be seen and the guy wouldn't even sell to me because he lost the passwords for them. What a waste of time, got stuff on shelves you can't even buy. Slow service as well, most garbage pawnshop I been to. Everything is locked because it's stolen. They don't check anything and than believe it's your fault if something bad happens because you can't even test them beforehand. Not to mention prices above eBay (ebay has warranty, better condition)
