Then I had to put my name on a wait list for a expert to get my shoes. I then after about 6 min I met Debra. Debra had a boot on her right leg. So I was like damn I'm about to make Debra work hard and she only got 1 good foot. So Debra then brought me numerous boxes of different company's shoes. I tried on at least 12 that I can remember. I ended up after all that going with the Cloud Monsters and Cloud Swift. The monsters are really interesting to walk in. Anyway, Debra was awesome and the shoes so far so good. I can see why this place is the top 50 stores for shoes in the country.

I brought my valid government-issued photo ID along with my current vehicle registration showing my updated physical address. Bass Pro's own pickup instructions say that if the address on your photo ID does not match your current residential address, you may be required to provide a second form of government-issued documentation with your current physical address, such as a vehicle registration, voter ID card, concealed carry permit, hunting license, etc. That is exactly what I brought. My driver's license was my photo ID, and my vehicle registration was the supplemental proof of current address. However, the employee/manager still turned me away and acted like I was trying to use the registration as a photo ID, which was not the case. To make it even more frustrating, I contacted several other local firearm shops afterward, and they all said that a valid driver's license plus current vehicle registration is acceptable for this situation. So it appears this was either a misunderstanding by the store or an overly restrictive store decision that was not clearly explained. I understand firearm sales require strict compliance, and I respect that. But customers should not be turned away when they bring the exact type of documentation Bass Pro's own instructions say may be used. The process was confusing, poorly handled, and wasted my time. Very disappointing experience.

And she's patient, polite, and friendly. This store has a wide variety of tennis/pickleball shoes, paddles, and clothing. Last week the mechanism broke off and I went back to the store. I had the tube, showed it to 2 employees. One said he couldn't help me as I had paid cash and there was no record of the purchase. The 2nd asked me what I had thought by using a tube for plastic golf balls for real golf balls. He even brought me a kid's tube, loaded with plastic ball--and which was clearly not the same produce at what I purchased--and told me they would not give me a store credit. Apparently, they don't sell the tube I purchased any more. The treatment I received is unacceptable and over a $20 store credit not only has Golf Galaxy lost me as a regular customer, but I will tell people who ask me about Golf Galaxy to go somewhere else. Short-sighted employees do more harm to a business that shows up on a balance sheet. Bye Bye, Golf Galaxy.

He was super helpful in helping me select the right fishing kayak for my needs and gave us great tips on how to properly Stow the kayak and what equipment I would need to add for fishing. The day we bought the kayak, we didn't have a memes two trailer at home. And let us keep it at the shop until we were able to get a trailer and take it home. Looking forward to going back with our kayaks, and exploring the river system.
