Thankfully he saved us so much time by giving us instructions on how to release my number to join a new line. I had purchased a new phone and needed assistence learning about the phone and also transferring my data. I was so fortunate to have Emery to help me. She was just amazing, professional and knowledable. It took awhile for everything to be done but she was so patient and helpful. I was really dreading the visit to the store because I am very electronic challanged but Emery made the entire visit wonderful. She is absolutely awesome. Don't believe their promos, my husband changed to T-Mobile. They told him he would get a free iPhone that's a lie, continued to pay no Contracts we had the internet and returned the router and now they put him in collections stating never returned box, I forward the email to collection Stating how they have received the router, they are Liars and manipulative company deceptive No longer an American owned company..... Santiago at Pahrump T-Mobile was AMAZING with his customer service, professionalism, and work ethic. I honestly was thinking about switching phone carriers when I walked through the door, but Santiago was there to save the day. Not only did I NOT switch phone carriers, I ended up upgrading both phones to IPhone 15 plus, getting air pod pros and the Apple Watch with the 5G plan. I also bought a JBL speaker Santiago told me about that was on sale, and I was so happy! The speaker sounds PHENOMINAL and I'm so glad that I bought it for myself. Was passing through the area and needed to get a new phone. Staff refused to transfer anything from old phone stating it would take too long ( he said an hour and we were ready to wait) and wiped it clean before my husband ( who spent years working in cell phone industry) could get it done. Today, my husband and I had a great customer service experience at our home town T-Mobile. I write this because 3 months ago we had a "not so great" experience and had even discussed leaving if we had the same experience as previous, upon entering today. New management has made a difference in the atmosphere and the comfortable and friendly way that we were cared for. Thank you to Rich and Yuli! You two were patient and kind as we went through upgrading a phone line from Sprint to T-Mobile. I feel like we are now friends and not just customers. Keep up the great work! I went n got me a iPhone. Cuz I was told there so much better. Now 1.5 years later my iPhone has turned into a crap phone. N I go into T-Mobile n they give me a post it note. Telling me where to take my phone in Vegas. That's unreasonable n I've tried n tried to get it fixed or replaced. Been paying for the insurance sence day 1. N all they want is for me to re up with a new contract for 2 years. Why would anyone do that while getting this type of service. So I walked away n screw the rest of my contract. I've been in the store up here 4 times on this issue. Was told if it still acts up. Come back n he'd warranty it. So I did. He wasn't working n I explained what I was told. Then I was told got to go to Vegas in order to do a warranty. It's double talk n lies. The blond woman there had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in told her I just took this off the charger two hours ago and it's already dead. She looks at it and says no it has a full charge. She right there so then I asked, and why am I getting those messages that pop up and says needs to be charged about to run out of juice this phone is a piece of crap. I don't know what happened to it but it needs to be replaced. They don't wanna do it so they can kiss my ass. read more

If I could give this store zero stars it would be too high. Lousy service. Been there twice. 1st time to buy 2 $1200 Note 20 ultras. Had a discount. They would not honor it. After waiting for the manager for 45 minutes he blew us off saying he would not honor the Tmobile discount. Called a Vegas store and they couldn't have been nicer. Gave us the discount and an extra $100 per phone off for the hassle. Bought the 360 protection plan. Good choice cause 32 days later, phone fell off a nightstand onto carpet and screen fractured. Plan replaced it.was told by customer service rep to take replacement phone in for a free screen protector. Went to Pahrump store, same manage says "if you didn't buy the phone with a screen protector here, we won't put one on". Called cust service line and they apologized for the mgr and sent me the screen protector. Both times I was in the Pahrump store they had highly dissatisfied customers in when we arrived. Should have known better. Moral of story is, drive the 50 miles to Vegas if you need something from T Mobile. read more

As a retired person I enjoy traveling. When camped in central Nevada I received a text stating that I was using internet/cell providers other than T-Mobile excessively and that if I didn't stop my phone number would be deleted. I called T-Mobile and was told to put my cell phone into airplane mode which I did and no longer used it at all until returning home where there's. T-Mobile cell tower and was in their network. A few weeks later I received another text stating my phone number was to be deleted at the end of the month. I called T-Mobile and asked why given I followed their instruction and had not used my phone out of network. The rep gave no reason and acted like she was doing me a big favor by not having my number deleted. very arrogant. I have since switched to Verizon. I have no idea why this happened given I'd used T-Mobile for years without issue. I don't recommend using T-Mobile as your carrier as quality of service has become terrible. read more
