RECENT REVIEW OF THE "NEW OWNERS"and FAKE PRODUCTS!!!! ... Been coming here since I saw the "under new management" sign. Spent over $400 here in the span of a few weeks on "Looseleafs" due to them having the best prices in town. Not a huge deal as im a heavy smoker and honestly, I have to money to blow. Now, (Reg size. $8.99 / mini's 6.99 I believe.) Considering the last owner sold them for almost $13-$15 each I continued purchasing. However. yesterday I realized I bought 5 packs of STALE, OLD, LOOSELEAF. Costing me a loss of around $50, so when I went in to talk to the manager (Indian guy now), he threw a TEMPER TANTRUM, said it was MY FAULT, he was selling OLD wraps (without the authentication stickers on some of the leaf packages), and said I CAUSED HIM A LOSS OF $100. Lol, after threatening to leave a shitty review, he RAN outside to get me, and then COMPLAINED like a CHILD while replacing the leafs. DURING him replacing them, he continued about how it's not his fault, all his products are fresh, etc etc. and was mad at me, yet I CALLED HIM OUT on all old Looseleaf products having no authentication, so I told him either his Leafs are FAKE or extremely OLD. (ALL NEW LOOSELEAF HAVE AN AUTHENTICATION STICKER.) HE GOT SO ANGRY LOL AND DEFENSIVE. So I decided to go back to my house and pull out all of my empty looseleaf wrappers (about 30 of them) ALL OF THEM CAME BACK AS FAKE OR COULDNT BE VERIFIED!!! SO NOT ONLY IS THE NEW OWNER HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND CANT GURANTEE HIS CUSTOMERS FRESH PRODUCTS, HE CANT EVEN GUARANTEE THE PRODUCTS HE SELLS ARE REAL!!!! NEW OWNER IS A SCAM ARTIST, and before he thinks of responding (I USED TO BUY LEAFS FROM THE OLD OWNER TOO, YES THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE, HOWEVER, EACH SCAN VERIFIED REAL WITH THE OLD OWNER) SO IT IS 100% THESE NEW INDIAN OWNERS WHO ARE SCAMMING WITH FAKE PRODUCTS. ALSO, white girl who works there has horrible customer service as well. Close the whole shop down, and if you choose to buy from here, be careful because if one product is confirmed FAKE, I guarantee more, if not most, of his product is FAKE. To the owner reading this, I'll be taking my $200+ weekly to a different smoke shop. Had you just had good customer service and replaced YOUR bad product, without all the BS. I would have left it alone, but because you got so defensive on the authentication thing, I decided to look into it. FAKE LOOSE LEAFSSSSSSS.
