I'm not sure why every CBD/hemp company in Nevada that actually deals with flower is so bad, but…read morethey are. Was hoping Nevada crest farms would be different but they aren't. At the checkout you're told how long your order should take to arrive(I live close to pahrump). I waited 3 days longer than that before reaching out because I try to be patient. It's now however been 6 days and I reached out via email just to make sure nothing is wrong with my order, and I get no response at all just like the other review mentioned. These people are terrible. Honestly if you want any type of CBD product in Nevada, just stick to vitamin stores lol. The hassle of dealing with companies like this isn't worth it. I'd request a refund but I'm afraid that will take forever too...

Only reason I'm leaving 3 stars now is because I didn't like how one lady was literally behind me the entire time when I was looking and even followed me to the register. Looking forward to shopping there in May! UPDATE - I drove past the former location of the store and saw that their sign was gone. Super unprofessional, had a pre order from November and I ended up leaving a bad review because…read morethey kept sending me to voicemail when I called and tried to follow up about it. Said they would ship out my item but then just said they're going to refund me instead. Their excuse for not picking up the phone was that they are busy all day everyday that they can't pick up their phone. The owner is constantly in my messaging box telling me I shouldn't act like this over Pokemon when he's withheld my money for 6 months for a pre order Edit: tried talking to the owner George and shipping the bundles wasn't even an option for me I guess. I told him I was going to take the review down but he insisted to keep the review up and he was just going to refund me. Again thanks for holding my money for 6 months. As I stated in the begging, super unprofessional I will never purchase from this store let alone say anything good about it

It's very unfortunate when you come across a business that operates on the side of dishonesty…read more More than a month prior to my dry cleaning need, I phoned these dry cleaners in Pahrump to find out about the services and timing. I was greeted with great Aloha, so much so that Frank said "Call me Polani" and explained he used to reside on Molokai, sharing that he refers to Pahrump as the Molokai of the Las Vegas area. He was great, let me know that he could have my dress done the same day, and he said he'd have it hung up nicely. I think he said, "Hung real pretty." Encouraged by the hospitality, I arrived early Monday morning, only to learn they neither clean in house, offer same day cleaning, nor do they offer next day services. He said he could not guarantee the time frame, maybe two days, and said he "could only guarantee a maybe." Then he said if I had come on Saturday, he could have it in time. I said, this is why I phoned in advance and shared my flight was late Saturday, that I noticed they were closed Sundays, and inquired about the Monday turn-around. Frank then raised his voice at me. Being both dishonest and then turning to disrespect, no thank you. I said this was disappointing and unfortunate, and I left. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business.
