My mom is a senior citizen and isn't very tech savvy; Tessa was super patient and went way out of her way to help my mom finish the set up on her phone. My mom was nervous about switching over to Verizon because she had been with AT&T for so long. I've always been a Verizon fan and Tessa showed my mom why today. Great job, Tessa! Visited family at the Lake and for some reason my iPhone couldn't get any reception. I know it can…read morebe spotty at my in-laws house but even in town my GPS wasn't working. Mike helped me out and troubleshooter my phone. First reset the phone and then swapped out the SIM card. Seemed to do the trick, but it actually still wasn't working well. The next day, I went back and Mike helped me talk to Verizon support and had them send me a new phone since it was less than a year old. The next day my phone arrived ($12.99 for FedEx) and I went back to see Mike so he could help me switch phones. We backed up my phone and then setup the new phone. He said I could stay as long as I needed so my phone app could download all of my apps. Mikes a great guy and helped me for hours without even making a cent off me. The rep I spoke with was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She scheduled set up for the earliest possible time (2 days) but sent an email to the tech department to see if they could come sooner. Five minutes after placing my order and hanging up the phone, she personally called me back to say they would have someone out immediately to get me up and running. How refreshing!
