After the Corporate store in Fleming Island practically waved us out the door with little more than the insurance flyer, to handle it ourselves. We came to this alternate location for additional options. Ness the store manager greatly helped us out of a bind when insurance wanted over a grand for a hold, while waiting on the new device to ship. Ashli, the so called manager, and Nani, the piglet assistant were very rude to me. My newer phone that I got from them went blank. Nani told me to call customer service. I have no phone you POS. Wouldn't let me use the store phone. Thank God I had my recently passed, beloved wife's phone with me. Had to go outside because Ashli and Nani were playing obnoxious music. I've used Sprint/T Mobile since I first got a phone. Well 5 phones over 15 years ago. Some years back I had some sort of issue that was resolved to my satisfaction. Otherwise I have had no issue with them, no dropped calls, no outage except "the forest" along I-10. They don't cut me off if I'm late either. read more

I was scammed and a victim of fraud. A now former employee who was let go because I am not the only person who's phone he stole, told me of a fake promotion, did not trade my phone in, wiped it clean and kept it. The store manager has done nothing to rectify the situation and has given false promises and for three months has now brushed me off and is now does not bother to assist me, just tells me he will get back to me. Tmoble corporate says they will try to help but it is all at the store level because it's just on my word and no one e seems to resolve this situation. Beware of this location and I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not help their customers when their employees have committed fraud on them, even when they are aware they have hired fraudsters. read more

This location in Orange Park has the most welcoming, helpful and committed group of employees I have come across. Alex, their Store Manager, along with Olivia, Dyamond, Caeser and Alvin have exemplified true customer service, and have gone out of their way to make sure that any issues I come across are handled in a professional and timely manner. I am very pleased with this store with this visit I had to them today. I went in to purchase a screen protector for my iPad. When I walked in I was greeted by a nice gentleman very politely and I asked him if they had what I needed. He checked the back because none were on the shelf. After a very short period of time he returned to say he was out of what I needed. I proceeded to tell him I couldn't put them on myself because I have bad luck with screen protectors of any sort and he offer to put one on for me if I wanted to go and purchase one so that is what I did. When I returned a very nice woman's named diamond yes diamond was her name I checked her name tag. She was very nice and helpful she put it on and made sure it was on there perfectly for me. By the time I left this store I was very pleased I decided to come here to get what I needed and I def will be going back for any of my cellular device needs. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome.
