I went in to get a screen protector replaced and look at getting an upgrade. When I got there there was a guy that was very helpful at first but then he dished me off to someone else when a customer came in trying to switch carriers. She was nice but clearly didn't know what she was doing. Was fooling around with my phone, making comments like "this is really scratched up" "this is really cracked on the back" she managed to finally figure it out but the screen is completely off center and has bubbles and fingerprints from her touching it. I then asked if I could look at an upgrade as I'm due for one in about a month and she proceeds to tell me they can't help me and I need to go through the app. Completely unprofessional young lady, she should be trained first before working on floor, now I'm on the way to another T mobile to fix the issues she made. read more

I really think that Alicia was having a bad day when we first walked in. she had an attitude, but when we ignored it, it just got worse so I politely asked for her name and she looked me straight in the face and said I don't have to give you my name and I was so shocked I was like so like if I'm asking you something I don't know your name and like I wanna leave a review. I asked to speak to a manager and asked him for Alicia's name and when he gave it to me she got a bigger attitude and then we left because we have a one-year-old son and he doesn't need to see grown adults being rude. read more

My so was on my plan and wanted to move to his own plan along with his wife. He was told that he could make the move with no charge to me. I received a huge bill because he dropped before the contract was up. I called and explained what the salesman told him. They were rude and didn't care that we were lied to. I dropped all our phones off of T-Mobile and told them to stick their penalty charge. They lost a long time customer and did not get their bogus fees. I've went in here several times and every time but once has been a horrible experience. The rep was very rude to me and no help. He wouldnt even help me file a claim, he said i had to do it on my own. Then while i was doing my claim there on the computer, he started helping someone else and completely ignored me when i would ask for assistance. This place is absolutely horrible! I am the wife of a soldier who is having issues with tmobile service. My husband works a position that is impossible for him to receive phone calls and is unable to come in and take care of this. I pay the monthly bill every month and we have moved our service to Verizon due to the poor reception and constant increase in bill. I came to the store to pay our final bill and they will not print my receipt for me due to this being my husbands and sons account. They took my money though! My husband has called to put my name on the account and they refuse to put my name on the account due to us closing the account. Customer service and the store won't help us. Absolutely horrible! He has asked to speak with a representative at the store and they won't help us. T-mobile never forever!!! After sitting at the store for almost 2 hours I never received any help. read more
