Stopped in for Customer support/service. What a mistake. Employees rudely declared that they don't do Customer service in store. All they can do is sell you products. I would have to call an 800 number. They sold my family 3 brand new top of the line phones for thousands of dollars and they charge us almost $300 a month for 5G. Well no matter which phone (one is iPhone, the other Samsung) we don't see speeds greater than 3mbps ever. 5G should be around 100mbps. WTF T-Mobile???? read more

I have had the same phone number and have been a faithful customer of Nextel, Sprint, and now T-Mobile since 1991. This evening I received the worst customer service ever. I walked into the T-Mobile store at 3035 SE Maricamp Rd, Ocala, FL 34471 at 5:40. (Store hours are 10:00 - 8:00). I was greeted by a young man who said you just made it, we are closing. I stated I just needed to pick up my phone. After a short conversation about what phone, I had and what phone I was picking up. He went into the back room and came out saying my phone was not there. I showed him my text requesting that I pick up my phone at that store today. I asked him to check the computer. I was told the computers weren't for customer information they were for employees' personal use. He also said he was not able to access any records that would give him information on my phone. In the meantime, I was trying to call customer service to confirm a problem or verify delivery. The young man came back out of the storeroom and told me I would have to finish my call at home, they were closing. I asked if he could call a manager. No. Can you verify whether or not a delivery was made to this store today? No. I asked him what his name was. He stated he did not want to give it to me. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME. Seriously if I could rate lower than 1 I would. I've been here 2x and each time Craig just can't seem to do anything to help us. He seems so pre-occupied on himself and standing in the corner on his phone that he can't help anyone else. This is the worse experience my family and I had. They tell lies just to get their commission. Since December I've been dealing with this T mobile store and Tacara who is the so called manager who did everything from the new phones services and AirPods is a big liar. I was suppose to get a rebate for the AirPods it's March and nothing. I've called T mobile and they said there is nothing about a rebate on AirPods. What is going on!!! One guy came in with a bat a day before I went to complain that alone tells you how frustrating it is here in this store. Go to another store or just go to Verizon they have gotten better with price.
