The experience left me with a huge "head scratch" and hmmmm. My Iphone had stopped connecting to the internet and blue tooth. Our regular previous "Sprint" store had closed early in a Friday night so sought out different location. There were several patrons ahead of us and three technicians. Don't think anyone acknowledged us when we entered. Took forever (an hour?) to get waited on. Technician told me he'd fixed my problem. Told me to wait a few moments. We waited in the car and still not resolved. Went back inside and THEN he tells me to visit the Apple store for service. Won't visit this location anymore. They weren't friendly, nor helpful. read more

I found myself in a stressful situation with a fully insured iphone. I went to the store where I purchased the phone and found myself a victim of incompetence. I was told my options were go without a phone for a few days (which is not an option with my job) or pay them $500 to buy out my defective phone. I am ashamed that my temper got the best of me at that point. They were useless to give any helpful information. Alas, I went to St louis and Apple did a dianostic test on my phone and replaced it with a brand new phone at no cost to me. I am just shocked at the poor customer service they gave and lack of information that could have calmed my nerves and easily avoided this poor review. They seriously need some retraining from the powers that be. read more

Worst customer service...GF and i switched from another carrier and was told for 3 phones bill would be less than 160 a month, we would get 3 free phone cases. I et the bill its actually 230 DARNICE lied to my face and charged me for the phone cases and lied about how much the insurance would be for the 3 phones and added 4 tracker lines for 3 phones?!?!?! wtf... im not sure if she was deliberately lying to our face or she is just not smart enough to do simple math....I called to the store and DARNICE is the asst manager and wouldnt tell me when the MANAGER would be in and hung up on me twice she has no business dealing with customer service or sales because she is rude and a liar. read more

Did not replace my iPhone X ($1000 phone) and I had valid insurance now with Verizon

I swapped over to T-mobile about 2 months ago from AT&T simply to reduce my monthly bill. I have 3 phones on my account and it is indeed $50 a month cheaper as promised. However the cellphone service has been amazingly bad. I have the iPhone5S and two high end androids on my plan and they all have trouble doings the things we expect phones to do now. Recently drove 800 miles cross country with two friends who had AT&T I can honestly say at no time did my phone receive a better signal. There was 400 miles plus on I-55 where I had no data capability at all. If it was one phone that would be understandable that you just got a POS from the factory. But all 3? I really liked the idea of the cheaper bill and they delivered. It's like trading in a BMW for a Ford. However I did not expect to have to push the Ford from place to place. I will be going back to AT&T or some other provider as soon as possible. read more

I recently visited the O'Fallon,Illinois location on Thurdsay of this week, and wasn't happy about my bill with Sprint. Ishmael was absolutely AMAZINGLY in helping to make the transition seemless. Very knowledgeable, and overall patient with me. I ended up not liking the phone I purchased, so I returned on Saturday evening expecting the worst. I knew to upgrade would be a substantial increase. Again, the customer service blew me away! It was late, I was tired,and didn't want the shenanigans. The manager Brandon, worked with me to get me what I wanted and did so in such a welcoming manner! Despite how frustrating it was to not have a phone for a couple of days, I got my phone replaced twice in a week and the employees here were patient, kind, & knowledgeable. If you are a business user, do not convert to T-Mobile. If you travel, do not port to T-Mobile. If you want to use a phone inside a building like a restaurant, do not convert to T-Mobile. If you like nature, do not convert to T-Mobile. Two dixie cups and a string make up a better network. My story in short. Left AT&T after being a customer since 1998 because they would not take my phone back due to a small crack in camera lens. I was on the next plan and had 2 months left. I was willing to pay the two month fees and get a new phone. But they refused to take the phone back at all. It was a HTC one M8. I always use a phone cover and screen protector. The phone was mint except for this small crack that did not even effect pictures. I was so upset with them, I cancelled all my home and business services through AT&T. I cancelled my DirectTv since they are owned by AT&T. After being a customer for 17 years, they wouldn't even let me pay to trade in my phone. I tried two stores and the warranty location in Creve Ceour, MO. So I though T- Mobile is happy to take this phone with the crack, pay my AT&T termination fees, and take my account. They sell you on the no commitment, month to month cancel anytime. Tried the Sony Xperia first. When I complained about no signal in my own house or inside any building they blamed the antenna and said get a better phone, so I got the S6 on Oct 4th. They also offered to send a signal booster to install in my house. This is a common offering. That should tell you how good their network is. The commercials saying 4x stronger may be true and not actual fraud. But I was taught 4x0=0. I live in a large midwest town, 40K population. People in the country consider me city folk. 20 mins from downdown St Louis. My phone was unusable in my house or in any restaurant in town. Forget using it in Walmart, or Target or any mall. This was true with either phone I tried. I work in downtown Clayton, Mo. My office is feet away from a window. I had zero service at my desk. I've travelled a couple times in the 3 moths I was a customer. I would end up with no e-mail or texts for days. Once you get back into coverage, it takes forever to actually get anything. Then you get duplicates. They try to convince you to use wireless calling on your wifi networks wherever you go. I'm a busy guy and I kept saying to myself to try to get used to it. I don't need to be tha connected, etc. But it was just impossible, Also, T-Mobile had a security breach and had my ID stolen. There is no reason T-Mobile needs to store my SSN after the credit check is complete. I ported back to AT&T it was so bad. Recall my experience with AT&T. That should tell you how bad T-Mobile is. No problem, So after porting back to AT&T, I went back to return the phone and they won't take it back. $700 in penalty to keep a phone that I wouldn't give to my worst enemy cause its a t-mobile phone. Buyer remorse period is 14 days. PERIOD. No exceptions. They breeze right over this in the sales pitch,a dn try to keep you hanging on until you're past it. I could have used a clear loophole and upgraded my phone again. I was on the JUMP plan. Once upgrading to a new phone, I could go in within 14 days and return the phone. The thing is, they just want to make it difficult on you to actually do anything about it. I'm a busy guy. I woud have done the cancellation weeks ago had I had the time. They tell you no commitment, cancel anytime. They are all so pleasant and friendly and tell you with a smile. Please bend over. Stay away from T-Mobile. The $700 is not the big deal to me. It really isn't. It's a write off for my business. No big deal. It's even less of a deal to a multi billion dollar company. It's all about the principle. I gave them a try on their word about how their network is great now. It wasn't. No big deal, just let me return my phone and let's part ways. But they have to screw me over $700. Hope it was worth it T-Mobile. I will be cutting and pasting this review and leaving it everywhere I can. When you block me, I will create a new profile. I am just sick of large corporations doing this to us. Be a fair business. You messed with the wrong guy. We can't keep sitting back and taking these kind of business practices. Terrible service. I was dealing with Nikki for a new SIM card and she told me it was $20. I told her on the T-Mobile website it was only $10, which it is. Then a guy names Billy butted in our conversation and said very rudely and with a terrible attitude " Its $20 in the store and $20 online, that what it is". Nobody was even talking to him. He just seemed like one of those know it all guys who is a idiot. And that is not true it clearly says $10 on the website but obviously he doesn't know anything. I then told him he had a bad attitude after he said that because he said it in a cocky rude tone and didnt bother hearing anything I had to say. After I said that he told me to leave his store, which I did. I promptly called Tmobile to file a complaint and I found out he was the manager! What a terrible manager. Anyways, Tmobile confirmed it was only $10 for a SIM card on the website but they sent me one free because of the situation which was awesome. They also told me they filled a formal complaint against the store and Billy. What terrible experience... I don't know how he can be a manager. Nikki was super nice though. read more
