Went for a P360 screen protector replacement. The rep told me the screen protector replacement system has been down since 8AM she showed me that it was down, and told me to come back in an hour. I asked if she could look up my account. My ID is currently expired and I am waiting for my new one in the mail but, I have my paperwork from the DMV and I know my pin to my tmobile account. The rep did not ask me for my pin to my account or to see my DMV paperwork. She told me she couldn't think of a way to check my account. So I left. I went to the location on Decatur after work. The screen protector replacement system was still down, but they pulled up my account and I showed my ID and DMV paperwork. The rep asked for my pin to the account and I was able to get my screen protector replaced. I'm very disappointed with my service from this location today. This review is solely for CARMEN! After going to 2 different stores without my issue being resolved I had almost given up. The first associate I spoke to at this location told me there was nothing he could do but if I wanted to speak to the manager I could. As I was waiting for the manager to come back from lunch, I noticed the outstanding service Carmen was displaying while helping other guest. I waited until she was free and asked her for help. I would say this is the Best service that I have received at a T-Mobile here in Las Vegas and even over the T-Mobile's back home in Seattle. Oscar was exceptionally helpful with no pressure. He listened to my concerns and needs. I thought I was going in for a new battery and came out with an iPhone 13 which I could host 2 phone numbers on. Oscar set up everything for me while I was in his store and I was ready to head to a show that night, that I was going to write a review on. This took place on June 25, 2023 and a little over a month later, I am totally satisfied with my experience with Oscar and my new phone. As a former employee, I can honestly say this was one of the most traumatizing employment experiences of my life! I was constantly harassed by my Mgr, she refused to respect personal space. My Supervisor stabbed me in the back!! I've never before had a Supervisor who everytime I spoke with her to vent, she put it into my personel file. What T-mobile offers as Coaching I considered harrassment. While you are speaking with customers they are constantly messaging you. I was under the impression my customers were my priority but apparently not. Even while taking calls they are interrupting your calls even if you don't require assistance. My supervisor went to her new Mgr who was her friend of many years (who hadn't even given me the opportunity to get to know me) but he backed his friend. The crazy part is the Mgr who I won't name got demoted. I went through a whole divorce while working for them and they made everything so much worse. These people knew I suffered from extreme anxiety and they did everything in their power to break me! I want people to know that Leandro Ochoa is a saving grace for this company. I had the worst experience at T mobile in CA . Leandro helped me get exactly what I needed and wanted. Leandro was so helpful that I have told everyone I can about the great things going on at T mobile Lake Mead. Leandro is what customer service is all about. T Mobile in CA treated my wife and I like we were scamers. We had just gotten back to the states from the Philippines after surviving a category 5 Typhoon and lost almost everything. We still had money just no phone that worked in the states without WIFI. They put us in a contract and pushed me out like I was loitering security was more than rude. Came in today because my phone wasn't turning on, the lady Tanya was nice greeted us and let us know they will be right with us. A Man I didn't catch his name, African American, was assisting us. Right away was rude, ask what we are here for with a attitude asked if we had insurance, which I said yes. He came back couple minutes later asking us the same thing again, he just looked at it pointed out the small cracks and said "you sure you didn't drop it ", which I told him that was from months ago so why does it matter, I have insurance. He then just gave us a number told us they can't do anything in the store, that insurance claims are only through phone, I asked since when I've came here plenty times and they've done it for me. He then continued to say no they don't do that. I left and called the number which the operator said I have to go online to file the claim,I do so it showed me how to restart my phone and what so you know it turns on. So you're meaning to tell me I just wasted my time. I understand we came in about an hour before closing but seems to me the guy just wanted us to leave didn't even try helping he was useless, I ended up turning it back on myself. Called for an umbrella, was told they had some, manager gets on phone and tells me I would have to redeem it on my phone. Told him it's expired, therefore I couldn't, he then tells me so that's a no. Called another t mobile, and guess what happened? They gave me an umbrella. Easy peezy, $300+ spent monthly and making a big deal out a free umbrella. I have been a T-MOBILE customer for over 10 years !!! I have a iPhone 7plus and it won't charge the cord falls out of the bottom it has never been dropped the screen is perfect ect. I am a Type#1 Diabetic and I wear a Dexcom Device on my body to Monitor my Glucose levels it's very crucial to me that I have my telephone. I called 611 to see about getting a new device that's works properly. I have Ins . Omg this store I the worst store I've ever been to, including authorized dealers. Their customer service is terrible. They don't acknowledge their customers and answer questions before even pulling up your account details. I was in this location for an hour and half JUST to switch out a defective device. They no nothing about timely fashion. They move like they're on their lunch break. & the manger on duty is watching all of this go down. Between the ridiculously loud music they're playing, the standing around looking lost and clueless. They need to clean house of this entire stores staff and start fresh. Everyone literally sucks. This store is terrible! Always a long wait, even when there are only one or two customers in the store. I have been a T Mobile customer for 6 years and have no real issues with my service, except this particular location. My husband sent his phone out for repair, and when he went in to get the SIM card turned back on he wad told it would be a $10 fee. He got upset and called customer service who told him they could do it over the phone, and that there was no fee. When he called the associate out on that fact, he was then asked to leave the store and they threatened to call the cops on him. Defenitly the last time I will go to this location! read more

Been to this store on two occasions. Both times I was quickly asked if i need assistance. My first visit was to switch carriers from sprint. Second was to tranfer over numbers. There was a small wait the first time but the second time I was in and out. Edgar was great at telling me what best for my mobile needs, and Bryan helped me quickly with the number swap. read more
