I bought my phone at another TMobile location. I asked if they could help me transferring my old phone to my new phone. I was thinking cause it was close to me at that moment and the other T-Mobile location was a bit far. There were 3 reps no customers at the time. The rep told me I had to go to the original store because I already did made a deposit. This store is not corporate and the rep was not going to get credit and would be wasting his time with me. Very inconvenient for me to drive 35 minutes to the other T-Mobile store. This T-Mobile store please do better. This location sucks and I will take my business elsewhere. And I would advise clients to not do business here. read more

Horrible service. We recently switched to T Mobile from AT&T. Wish I hadn't. These folks promise you the world until you have a problem. Then they are no help. Not surprisingly, the review here from 9 months ago states names of employees no longer here. I realize the world is more complicated today, but it is no excuse for rude customer service. I dealt with Maria who was very good at the onset. It didn't last. The transfer of phones took much longer than we we're told. They also pushed their new internet. Told me to take it home and try it. Any problems, bring it back. The signal was terrible so I brought it back. That's when the fun started. "We don't take the routers back in the store. You have to call customer service and get a return shipping label." Called customer service, they said "bring it to the store." Store refused. 4 TIMES. I finally went into the store with corporate on the phone who told Maira to take it back. She refused and was rude. She left me standing there and ultimately had corporate send a return slip. She handed it ME to ship back!! I intend to terminate my service asap and will never return. You won't save money- you'll gain aggravation. read more

I've been here 3 times to get a screen protector for my iPhone 14 Pro Max, the first two times I went in there no one greeted me and continued to help the customers in front of me until I finally left. Now I'm here the 3rd time and they don't have any screen protectors. This place should be shut down it's not help to any customers. read more

My partner and I recently visited the T Mobile store on Frenchtown Rd in N. Kingstown. We were changing cell phone carriers from Verizon to T Mobile as the cell phone service through Verizon, while it has always been sketchy where we live in East Greenwich, has recently deteriorated very significantly. As a result of the extremely poor customer service provided by Verizon, the task of changing carriers proved to be challenging to say the least. The staff at the T Mobile store was amazing!! First of all, we could reach the store directly by phone and actually got to speak to a person! Keith, the manager, and Marquis and especially Jaime demonstrated wonderful inter personal skills. Their patience in helping us navigate through this process was exemplary. Plus our cell phones work. We very highly recommend visiting these folks if you too are having cell phone issues that need to be addressed professionally and competently with respect and compassion. read more

I asked a…read moresimple question regarding my bill after explaining how I saw an increase on my bill after upgrading and the salesmen did a "surface level" check on my account to say "there's nothing I can do for you, your bill went up $58/month". I went to another corporate store and they were able to explain to me how I was receiving device credits, and a military discount and that my bill actually went down per month. Bottom line, if you're looking for competent and professional Sales staff. Keep driving.

We were having problems with our iPhones. Could barely receive or make calls with them not going…read morethrough, or being impossible to hear. When someone would call us it would go directly to voice mail. Called the T-Mobile help line and spent 40 minutes waiting and then spent 20 minutes having them fiddle with 5G and LTE settings. NOTHING WORKED. As a last ditch effort went to the T-Mobile Store at the Shaws Shopping center. Colin came over and asked what the problem was. As it turns out all we had to do was reset our network on settings. BINGO..we now get great coverage. I was, literally, there for 5 minutes. Terrific guy....Terrific store...BRAVO!!!!!!!! oh...here's a 6th star *

All three carriers could not get the phone systems to work reliably and for a heavy service business like insurance that is crucial to good customer service. Each time we had to buy another expensive phone system to work with that carrier wasting time and money. Dan fixed the problem we were having with our phone system and we have been delighted with his service. Dan was quick to respond to a hack attack on our phone system on election day 2020 and we never lost phone service. Our latest phone solution Dan provided is cloud based so even if my office has no power we can use the phone from any internet connection. Dan's latest upgrade allow me to receive and make phone calls from my cell phone using the office phone number so the staff do not have to give out their personal cell phone numbers if not called for. If you are considering Anchor Telecom over larger glitzier rivals; I would recommend Dan hands down. More younger employees with limited knowledge can never rival Dan's decades of phone experience. Many companies resell phone service, but they are not phone experts. It may be more convenient to do business with one company that does it all, but are they specialists in everything they are selling you? I had an ungrounded bass amplifier that blew my cab when I switched polarity to stop it from…read moreelectrocuting me, and our guitarist had a recently purchased used Fender Twin that was acting up. Cove serviced the Fender twice, only charging for parts the second time, and fixed up my head (redoing old connections, replacing some switches that were worn out, reconnecting equalizers that didn't work, and put in an internal ground) all for under $100. He also advised me on the best approach for fixing my cabinet. The current had fried the speaker cones beyond repair and he suggested some options for replacement. All told this took about a week to complete and cost much less than it would to replace the cabinet. Bonus points for his knowledge on all things related to vintage amps. If you're interested (and probably if you're not) you can get a history lesson on tube manufacturers. Maybe this is a symptom of newer musicians' obsession with tube amplifiers and lack of knowledge about caring for them, but he also went into great detail about how to keep things functioning.
