Went into this location to upgrade my phone and there was quite a line with only two people working (manager in back room); after two hours of waiting Marcus P assisted me. Marcus was professional and knowledgeable about the product but was unable to help me due to system issues with T-Mobile. He told me he would call me when the system was up and running so I could come in and finish the upgrade (honestly doubted he would call) surprising he called later in the day. Kudos to Marcus for going above and beyond when the manager was sitting in office while 10 or more customers were waiting (almost 2 hours) and that manager should have been helping customers. Went with Verizon a year ago and I Love it!!! Better all around service and signal. Overall cost per phone for me and my employees is definitely a bonus from what y'all charged. I recently upgraded one of phones on my two-line account and was instructed by a T-Mobile telephone representative that I needed to take both phones into a physical store to have them migrated from Sprint to T-Mobile. Tristan stated that all the information was notated in the account and it would be an easy task. When I arrived at 6:36pm, I counted five parties waiting to be assisted and 4 people currently being helped. There was no one available to check me in when I entered, so I waited 10 minutes to be added to the list. The lady who checked me in was pleasant. She understood exactly what I needed to have done, added my name to the list and I prepared for my wait. After waiting for 2 hours and 21 minutes, during which time the store closed, two of the agents went home and left 3 customers waiting to be helped by the two remaining representatives, I was finally next. When Dawn called my name I was excited to finally get my task completed so I could leave. I explained what I needed to have done and the she told me in an exasperated tone that my transaction was going to take too long. I was immediately deflated. She said that her co-worker was performing the exact same task with two other customers and that it would just take too long. I explained that I had waited patiently and I had no way of knowing how long it would take seeing that I was told via the phone it was something quick and the girl who had checked me in made no mention that the task was time consuming. She then quipped that her computer would shut down in 30 minutes and she knew it would take longer than that to complete. I left with absolutely nothing accomplished. She didn't bother to even pull up my account to make sure of the time needed I totally get that she was exhausted and ready to go home and so was I, but I really wish both our time would not have been wasted. I suggest they exercise better time management when initially checking you in so that Dawn doesn't have to get upset when the task is too complicated and or time consuming for her. read more

Worst customer service don't come here if you're trying to get something done because you won't get any help and they are rude
