We had allegiance cable internet and phone…read morefor almost a year. we got behind because of adding and taking away some stuff and I didn't know we were being charged for it. I had lost my wallet with my debit card and everything in it. I called and talked to them and explaind to them what happened and tell them that I was just waitin on my new card and then I would be able to make a payment as soon as I got my new card. They said they would make a note on my account. I thought it was going to be OK. I was out yesterday with my uncle and my husband said that they came out here and disconnected everything. I called them and tried to talk to him about it and they wouldn't turn anything back on until I pay $438. I told them my husband has that life line and needed at least the phone for that. They wouldn't turn anything back on until I paid that amount. I think it's pretty sorry when someone has a medical necessity for a telephone and they won't even leave you a way to contact emergency services if necessary. if we didn't have our cell phones we wouldn't even be able to call 911 if we had too. now if I'm gone and he falls or anything he won't even be able to push that button to get help.
