The pricing was not that much more expensive than the pre-fab companies like "Tuff Shed", but the worksmanship is infinitely better. Kevin will visit your house to help you envisage what's possible. He is very familiar with local city codes (your HOA CC&Rs may differ, of course). There were no bothersome follow-up sales calls. The team works with your schedule and doesn't seem to bombard you with spam because they trust in their work/reputation. Build was over in one day. Painting was over in a few hours. Kevin kept me up to date on everything as it was happening, and their on-site team was very professional and knowledgeable. I only had to pick out the paint, and the rest easily fell into place. I had to edit my review from 5 stars down to a 2 because of the factory workmanship on the cabin. We hired a handyman to install paneling on the inside and over the weekend when we went inside we noticed the bottom of our brand new paneling on the wall where the a/c and heating unit was installed is wet and has water stains all along the bottom. It looks like the seal was not installed properly.
