I like the convenience of being able to order my bin online because it's a big time saver. Most of the time we've just disposed of standard waste (old wood, general recyclables, drywall, metal fencing, small pieces of junky furniture, etc.). A few times we have included yard waste and a small amount of e-waste. I've never had an issue with anything being rejected. I believe the fine print says that if you have any non-standard items they'll bill a surcharge to manage it. Sometimes I'm surprised at the high price I end up being billed, but it's a risk I take considering they don't inventory everything ahead of time. Not sure that is entirely possible anyway. 90% of the time the bins arrive in really great condition and they place them exactly where we've asked. We had an issue just one time with a door that wouldn't latch easily, but the driver figured it out. The bins have arrived on-site and been picked up as scheduled. They also say they sort everything rather than just landfilling it, which is important to me. I'll keep using Junk King.

The line is about 40 people deep ... all bunched up with kids bouncing balls and adults coughing and sneezing all over each other. Meanwhile, Nike preaches about what a difference they are making in the world while using sweatshops and slave labour to produce their clothing and shoes. I do enjoy wearing Nike products because they fit well and have good designers ... but overall, this store is just a mess with rude customers who don't have any concept of personal space. Also the charge was applied to my credit card to Wireless Zone vs going on my Verizon bill as expected. I requested to pay the phone in full; however, they added $10 finance charge. I had to call Verizon to fix that. When I look at my Verizon account it now shows the device as not delivered to the store which it was. This looks very shady to me. It says Verizon on the store front but this is not your typical experience as this is an authorized reseller Wireless Zone.

In my experience with other companies I have never been quoted a separate digging fee. I believe the omission of the fee in the quote was intentional, and I find the post-hoc justifications unacceptable. These people are duplicitous, untrustworthy and their bait and switch way of doing business is deceitful. Needless to say, based on this experience, I would not use them again.

Once he determined it was indeed broken, he gave me options - pointing me to a place that may be able to fix (he actually called them and stayed on hold until they picked up!) - or seeing if i can turn in for early upgrade - or purchase a wireless charging pad, etc. He also looked at my plan and saw i was paying too much! I didnt need all that data. saving $25 a month now. AND i explained how i use phone alot to download pics, so i use charger alot to plug into my computer. he took the time to show me how to use google drive, which eliminates that step.
