When you have been a client for a decade and you need to change your phone to a new one that you purchased online instead of being roped into a long-term payment plan and you go to the local T-Mobile store next to McDonald's in Montgomery and Anijah tells you that she has to charge you $20 to change your old phone to your new phone because she is a "sales associate" and has to charge a fee ... Sorry guys, that is very horrible customer satisfaction. read more

Cheyenne and the other young girl with the horrible breathe are very rude! I have been a T-Mobile customer for four years and have never encountered the type of treatment that I got at the Montgomery, TX store. read more

We've been with Tmobile over 20 years. It has been a relatively good experience. But this locations is awful. Not only are they uninformed but the manager is extremely difficult to work with and has a major attitude problem. If you question anything he says regarding your phone plan he gets very argumentative and aggressive. He told me multiple times that he "knows how to do his damn job" and if I "want to keep questioning him I can get out". Long story short he made a mistake and overcharged me then refused to fix it. I would suggest driving the extra distance to the Conroe or Magnolia store if you want real customer service. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is the absolute WORST. The employees are rude and condescending. After I couldn't get the SIM card into its frame, Garret told me, "It's not rocket science." They couldn't be bothered to look up my new phone number and instead told me to use my new phone (which hasn't been set up yet) to call someone and that person can tell me my new phone number. They were then trying to get me to buy a new watch. I don't need or want a new watch. I said since I am paying for 5 lines I really can't afford a new watch. They told me, "It's only $100 more a month." This place needs new management! read more
