My mom and her husband went to T-Mobile to get their phone screen replaced after being told they had a lifetime warranty--turns out, it was a complete scam. They paid $60 back in February, and now it's July. Since then, they've been sent back and forth between multiple stores, with each one refusing to honor the warranty. Do not buy accessories or add-on services from T-Mobile. If you absolutely need to use their phones or plans, fine--but steer clear of anything else they try to sell you. T-mobile (authorized dealer) on Sherman Way, took my trade-in and never send it for credit. So I end up paying the full phone price of three of my family lines.... When you go back they ignore and said I can not do anything after 90 days... so they basically stole my trade-ins (4). There is something fishy with these retailers, even when I call directly to T-mobile they look into my account and they said they can not do anything to contact the retailer. read more

The customer service at this location is horrible I went on Sunday to try resolve an issue I couldn't address through their 1800 numbers and was treated like a nuinace I was supposed to be helped by Isidro which surprisingly did not have on his name badge . I explained to him what I was told when I spoke to T-Mobile customer service and he just listened to half of the request and directed me to call customer service as he could not call himself even though T-Mobile had told me various time that the T-Mobile associate in store are required to call since they would be able to verify my identity as the could see me cAlifornia Id. I spent over6 hours of my life on a Sunday trying to address this issue being passed back and forth . Finally I did receive help on my return to the store by associate Beatriz and manager Kevin. Which actually took the time to listen but only until I was super issistant that they had to call customer service. To conclude my review this T-Mobile branch is horrible customer service. Terrible customer service. Went in for a simple screen protector replacement that we pay insurance for. I gave the guy my drivers license to verify and everything matched except my married mame THAT MATCHES MY HUSBANDS NAME. The store is loud and you can hardly hear the very rude store employees I wouldn't even dignify the people working there with calling them customer service reps. The store employees were extremely rude and not helpful. The consistent phrase that was used was I can't help you. Over all it appears that every T-Mobile employee that I have spoken to has lied and been rude and abrasive. I made the mistake of giving T-Mobile a chance but regret that with every fiber in my self. I have a great visit to this Tmobile store location. My mom iPhone under my plan just started to not detect the SIM card anymore. I tried typical troubleshoot to no success so I knew it had to be the SIM card so I went to this Tmobile store since its near my house. Finding parking was easy since it's in a big plaza so there a lot of spots. There was only 1 other customer in line but the wait wasn't too long. The guy helping me took a look at the phone and once he tried a new SIM card, the iPhone detected it. I didn't get charge for the new SIM card since he told me my old one was defected so that's a win-win for me. I was in and out within like 10 minutes. They also tried to get me to join their TV plan but I said I already have Spectrum and they couldn't beat the price I was paying. read more

The employees at this store are not very helpful. I dealt with Edoardo and Ricardo on two separate occasions and neither was helpful. The manager, Stephanie, treats customers as people wish they were treated, speaking on their behalf and helping them out with ideas on things that customers don't know exist. Ricardo, on the other hand, was rude and disrespectful when he commented "live with it "when I asked him to let me use a Wi-Fi at the store so I could check in with work during my lunch hour. Ricardo did not give me suggestions Regarding my purchase and was not helpful whatsoever. He did the bare minimum and on top of that made a rude comment which a customer should never be told "live with it." He did not apologize for not being able to share the Wi-Fi with me. I went to the store twice to transfer my account to business acct but they kept telling me that they cant help me with that and I should call 611 instead. I told them again numerous times that i already called t mobile customer service thrice and all 3 agents instructed me that this has to be done at the store for verification of tax ID and Identification. I also told them that one of the agent sent a note to my account to show them at the store that this transaction needs to be done in person. Mike who is the manager was just uninterested and kept shutting me down so what I did is I called t-mobile business dept again for the 4th time to report that the staff at this store including the manager refused to assist me with the transaction. I was so frustrated already so i handed the phone to Mike so he can hear it directly to the business dept. He then realized that it was really their responsibility to assist me with this matter. Apparently, he is just so incompetent and arrogant at the same time. Mike did not even apologized to me . I wasted 2 store visits and 3 phone calls (max of 30 mins each) just because he didn't want to do job. I feel bad for all the wonderful staff that i have encountered at that store for having a manager and coworker who are just so unprofessional. My rating is for an employees' terrible customer service skills--a tall, thin, bald man whose name I didn't get, unfortunately. I went to inquire about a replacement after having been on the phone with Apple Support and T.Mobile for hours over the last two days. This man looked unsure of what he needed to do to help me and then questioned my honesty. He asked a coworker how can just using my phone, and the IMEI number be enough proof that this was my phone and that I was not just trying to get use warranty! He doesn't know me, and to say that in my face is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to anyone but especially to customers. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 15 years! I have no complaints about their service or insurance policy. My family and I came to this new store to make he switch from Verizon. The staff was very welcoming and greeted us as soon as we walked in. After a short wait, Edward came over to help us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was helpful. He also thoroughly explained the different types of plans that were available. Sprint has been a pain to work with for as long as I've been a customer of theirs. Luckily, their partnership with T-mobile enhanced the customer service experience as I found that out today when walking into this store. The associates were very welcoming and Arianna and Mina were a great help during my visit! There was an issue with finalizing my payment as I started it via text message with Sprint in the morning, however Arianna and Mina helped finalize the transaction and made it a seemingly pleasant experience. They went the extra mile to help me understand billing, the service's they provide, and made my transition out of Sprint super smooth! 10/10 do recommend. read more

Waste of time and money. Went in for an upgrade for a trade-in promo since I thought it would be easier and now I know better - save time and money by doing it online. Went in for a trade-in promo, and of course get docked with the $20 in-store upgrade "assistance". My mistake for forgetting about this fee, but it's made worse when the "assistance" doesn't have any idea how transfer speeds, or transferring data from an old to new device works. This guy that "helped" me, didn't seem to understand that 28 MB worth of text messages shouldn't be taking 2 hours to transfer over. So almost 2 hours later, I ended up telling them to stop wasting my time and cancel the transfer, and I basically went home and did a factory reset, added my Google account, and got all my data back in like 30 minutes. And for "customer service" he was trying to force me to add another line since it was free, and didn't respect my decision to when saying no. Sorry buddy, I already donated $20 for literally wasting my time, opening my new phone, and putting my own SIM card in it. Definitely lessons learned here. read more
