I am writing this because I believe credit should be given where it's deserved. My aunt older lady in her early 60s is always afraid of going to upgrade her device because there isn't many people who are willing to help her the way it should. We were greeted by both staff members, Flor was so kind and patient she helped my aunt buy a new Samsung device and all I can say is thank you for taking the time to help my aunt even though I was there ! Flor explained the trade in amount, the credits, my aunt also got a free watch and that was because Flor informed her of everything! I'd definitely come back and recommend my friends and family around that neighborhood to be helped by Flor. Hopefully this gets you her ! T-Mobile lies to get sales! Customer for years with insurance but couldn't get a quality upgrade. The sales person told me the phone case and screen protector would be free.... The next day I'm charged full price and it's added to my monthly bill!! They told me I could get a Apple Watch 8 for free with a line.... Went back and they were like that does exist it's another low grade watch. She probably would have done what she did with the phone case. I purchased a tablet that didn't meet my needs. I had 14 days to return it. On day 14 I was stuck in traffic and called the store to see if I could get a one day extension to return the tablet. The manager said no. I was able to get to the store 15 minutes before closing and after being interrogated by the manager I was able to return the tablet minus a $20 restocking fee. I asked them to waive the fee, they said no. I had to call corporate to get the fee waived. And the nerve of them to ask if I wanted to buy another tablet after this poor service. The sales reps are good here but the managers are horrible. Go somewhere else! read more

This is the worst T Mobile store that I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. The service is slow and the service reps are too busy engaging in personal conversations while other customers are waiting. When they finally get around to servicing their next customer it's hard to hear what's going on because they're blasting 'mumble-rap' music on the wireless speaker system. I'll just deal with the traffic and visit the Inglewood location before I ever spend another dime at that location. read more

Every time I come to this mobile whether slow or busy, I consistantly encounter friendly customer service and am helped throughout. I have a complicated phone history that always happens to be a challenge for any T-Mobile representative ,however, they always tackle it with top-notch efficiency. Miguel H. Is the one who helped me the most by going the extra mile to solve the issue rather than dismissing it and giving up. I am impressed by the team's effort to come up with a solution and in the end give the consumer what they came in for. Everyone else was also helpful and friendly. I tend to go to this T-Mobile often as I have been with T-Mobile for 11 years and this one is the closest to my home. I went in today to switch out sim cards as I added a line to my account, was given a incompatible sim card and pay my phone bill. Long story short, I wanted to get a iPhone 5 sim card to fit my phone. Fast forward: When asked by the representative (LaSaun) what could she do for me, she started the morning off very sour. Her tone was nasty and snobby. Every attempt to ask for help to switch sim cards, I was hit with dismay. Exhibit A: I asked for a sim card that could fit the iPhone and the representative (LaSaun) stated that she would have to charge me $15. I informed her that the previous representative who sold me the sim card did not specify which size sim card he was selling me and she asked me if I asked him. I stated that I didnt think it was my obligation to ask but his duty to inform me that they initially sold me a incompatible sim card and at least should take the sim card and give me a credit. She stated that she couldn't do that and gave me the snarkiest look and tone of voice. I thought maybe because it's Monday but she kept going almost appearing to taunt me as a customer along with informing me with incorrect information. Exhibit B: She, "representative of T-Mobile" (LaSaun), stated that if she changed the sim cards, she would need to activate the new sim card and I would lose my current number that I have had for 11 years. Clearly this is completely wrong considering I work for an actual INTERNET company and you can swap the sim cards and it will work. I asked her was she sure and she said that she was. Now at this point, I am extremely irritated because the representative did not do anything to assist me. I finally asked her, "what can you do for me then?" That is when she (LaSaun) replied again for the fourth time, "I can charge you for a new sim card!" Complete and utter discuss with her attitude, I asked for the manager. She never was empathetic to the situation, #customer service 101. She kept speaking over me and wouldn't allow me to finish my sentences, she kept rebutting all of my regards. I explained the situation to the manager and she immediately gave me a credit for the inoperable sim card without issue. I explained how the tone of the representative (LaSaun), was and the manager apologized. When asked to confirm the lies of the representative (LaSaun) the manager had to save face and stated that the representative (LaSaun) had to tell the worst case scenario first. I explained that the representative (LaSaun) was truly combative and did not want to assist me as a LOYAL customer of 11 years! With this type of "Customer Service" either LaSaun's employment with the company, will not be long or T-Mobile will continue to lose loyal customers. I informed the manager (Erica) that I would be leaving a review as I have never in my 11 years of service with T-Mobile have had such a poor experience. Wish I could give this location a no star as the same representative (LaSaun) doesn't appear to want to represent the company in the best way! read more

Currently waiting to be called It's 5:35pm on a Wednesday and it's pretty busy. I already don't like how I walked in and no one helped me, everyone just stares even the security guy. Lol Everyone is pretty much scattered since theirs no seats to sit on besides this small bench that fits two people so that sucks. They should really make a sign of where someone should sign in, I'm trying to figure where's the line or where do I sign in until finally I saw someone signing in on a clipboard that was way on the other side. I'm a customer of theirs and bought a phone, not that it's not functioning well I went in to exchange to a new one and was told my phone didn't have insurance anymore and they didn't know why. I felt like I was robbed, and in addition to that worst customer service. I don't recommend this phone company to anyone, this company is just fraud. I bought 3 phones, asked them to put insurance on all 3 the day of purchased, now that one phone was acting up, I went to see if they can help me and was told they couldn't do anything because the phone didnt have insurance and was told at first the warranty ended October, then later on they told me the warranty ended December 2 and that they couldn't do anything and was told to call customer service. Also the person who helped looked like he didnt care what was going on and kept telling me he couldn't do anything to call customer service. Worst service in that location! read more
