I would rate lower if possible. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Staff acted like you were an inconvenience for even walking in the store, they had no idea what they were doing and then threw what I would call a temper tantrum when we wouldn't fall victim to the "Upgrade" sales tactics they employed. I would like to shout out Kandi and Rasheen for making my transfer back to.tmoblie smooth. We ran into a few snags with all my lines and all phones not being present at one time but Kandi waited and called and press on to get it done. T-Mobile - Electronics Near Me - Loganville, Georgia

I have been a TMobile customer for 5 years now. They recently changed payment policy to add a $30 fee for paying with CC.... even the automatic monthly payment. I have had a business account with them with 6 lines and have tried for more than 3 months to simply cancel one of my lines that is unused now. After exhaustive attempts online and chat and phone... they all kept saying I would need to physically go to the TMobile Store. Today I did, and the associate was so incredibly rude. She tells me that they cannot do that without a PIN, and that I would need to call to reset the PIN and then wait 24-48 hours before I could come back to get the line removed. Then the other associate started ignoring her customers and yells at me that they can do it today, but simply won't. I am so tired of their BS and now the price gouging.... I am canceling my service and going to BOOST Mobile. This branch needs new people soon, or it is going out of business. read more

My wife had signed us up for T-mobile she passed way in may. I called to make some changes in the account and find out I am not an authorized user on the account so I can make no changes . the service is okay as far as cell phones go. I find that you can not go into a store and do anything related to the account and customer service can not do anything because i am not an "authorized user" I did get them to send my request for review and was told it could take 48 hours to get back to me due to Covid 19. That my friends is a load of crap they do ALL their work on computers before Coivd 19 so why the delay now. read more

This is the worst cell phone branch (out of Tmobile, Verizon, or Sprint) that I've ever been to in my life. Where do I start.... There is no sense of urgency at all. From what I have seen here, it seems like every employee is on some kind of downer drug... If you need to be somewhere else, do not come here first because you will definitely be late!!! I have never experienced anything like this before. It is totally ridiculous. The music selection is terrible... Totally unacceptable for a business. I'm not going to mention the genre of music but you can only imagine... You probably want to go elsewhere for your service.
