I thought I would be there forever to get my cracked screen protector replaced. Nope. They got me on the list, I had a seat and enjoyed a conversation with another customer for a few minutes. Then I was called to be helped while the employee was also working with someone else. He replaced my screen protector quickly, asked me if I had any other issues or questions and then sent me on my way. He was great at multitasking! When I pulled up and saw the jam packed store and full parking lot, I thought I'd be there an hour or more. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They were supper efficient, helpful and polite. Thanks!

Leasing option was heavy on fees and the support-after-purchase was riddled with charges for even basic questions or assistance. Overall, the system will have cost me over $15, 000 (when you add in the required T1 line and lease/purchase fees) and despite that high cost, I am changing phone systems 1 1/2 years later to a better and much less expensive option. My recommendation (to avoid looking like a spokesperson for competitors) is to look around and research diligently (a good life lesson), but especially when it comes to installing a business phone system.

I went to this location and spoke to a young guy who grew up in CA. (I forgot his name) He offered me a 55 plus plan that would include Internet Air for 99 per month. What he neglected to tell me was that it would cause me to lose our equipment credit. She is, without a doubt, one of the most patient, kind, and compassionate people I've ever encountered in the phone industry. Not only did she quickly get me set up with an upgraded phone, but she also found a way to lower my monthly plan, something I wasn't expecting at all. The biggest challenge came when we realized I hadn't backed up my phone in three years. With my screen barely functioning, I honestly thought I had lost all those memories for good. Aerica went above and beyond. She used her own phone as a guide to carefully navigate mine, helped me back everything up, and even assisted me in getting enough iCloud storage so this wouldn't happen again. The entire process took about two hours, and not once did she show any frustration or impatience. I had visited another location closer to my home before this, and the difference in service was truly night and day. We have visited this store several times to get help with my elderly father's phone service. Matt…read morewas an absolute saint and was so patient and kind to me and my father. Unfortunately, we had to go back and Matt was not available. Instead, Jason was the person that we were stuck with. His poor customer service included terrible communication skills. He did not make eye contact very well and seemed more interested in doing work on his tablet. He spoke down to both of us and just left us and went to another customer without saying a word. I had to interrupt him with another customer with questions we still had about the phone. I made a comment about not being taken care of anymore and he asked me why I needed to be that way. We decided to leave since we seemed to bother him and I could see him speaking badly about us to the customer he was with. If you go to this store and get Jason, don't expect to be treated very well.
