I have spent at least 8 hours on the phone with Xfinity trying to get them to release my phone so I can switch to a different carrier. They have yet to fix the issue. When I talk to customer service on the phone, they send me to the store; when I go to the store, they tell me to contact customer service via an 800 number. Their internet is atrocious, their services are overpriced, and their customer service is anything BUT service. No one is willing to help or fix the issue. Plus, the security they offer to customers is laughable. I would give negative stats if I could. What a sorry excuse for a company.

Only refunded me $50 and manager wanted me to feel as though he was doing me a favor. Even wanted to give me "future" advise on other carriers. Wish he would have advised me to stay away from T Mobile!!!
