Spent many hours at the T-Mobile on 436 across from the Altamonte Mall. They still would not sign me up simply for the service. I have my brand new I phone 17 Pro max. I wasted 6 hours of my life with their incompetence. In the disquest went to AT&T. In and out, done in 43 minutes. P.S. ATT&T has better service. Customer service does not exist at this store. It started with Janelle the employee who had no training at all and gave the set up all wrong to Adriana, who refused to help clear up any issues without having me come out of pocket more money to the employee who butted in defending the actions of the original messed up employee. I stopped in a couple days ago because my old phone had its battery blow up. Never buy Motorola. I was here just to check some phones for size and feel in person and I intended to shop around more. I did do some research online the night before but I had not decided on anything. There was one at Best Buy I wanted to see. I stopped here and there was only one other customer here. I was helped by the district manager who was in assisting. I explained what was important to me and my price cap. He showed me several models and we looked up a couple they did not have in stock. My important features were difficult to meet at my price point. We found 2 possible Samsung models of which the one I thought to see up the road was missing a critical feature. They had only one in stock of the other one so I could not see it unless I bought it. I looked it up online and we discussed the pros and cons. He had it at the price the other one was showing elsewhere so I bought it. The big issue was that some of their computer system was down from a lightning strike. He could not print me an actual receipt but he was able to give me proof of purchase and his contact info just in case. I took it home and activated it with some assistance from Sprint. I'm glad I did as it took a long time to do it right. I have a lot on my phone. This is my third day and I am still getting the hang of it as every phone company builds them different. I was helped by Freddie Garza and I bought a Samsung A71 with 128gb. The store still requires masks but some will not wear them. The employees all wear them. Overall this was an excellent location and the service was great. read more

This is the worst experience of my life in a cell mobile store, Devon the representative was rude and nasty.. he used profanity to me and my husband, gave us the middle finger and continued to disrespect us as customers and adults in there 50's. The worst customer service I ever received.. these representative needs to be fired, he gives the entire business a bad name.. not to mention his manager was not there and he refused to tell me when she will be in. My husband and I ad T-Mobile for a very long time with no complaints. Switched to the 5g phones and no longer had signal at our house. not the issue. We closed our account with T-Mobile back in August of last year and received our Final, I am sorry to see you leave in Sept. of last year. Long story short, come Jan. of this year we started receiving bills again stating they are going to disconnect our service if we do not pay $391. We started calling the store about this. As of today, we have received several different bills stating different amounts, and now the charge is $1,100!!! We have called and NO ONE has helped us at all. NO ONE will tell us what these charges are, and they have sent 3 sep. bills to collection agencies now. We were told last week that we need to go to a store and they will sort it out. Today at the store we are told to contact the collection agency because they have now closed our account. Called customer service and was told the same thing! Call the collection agency and are told all they can do is settle this for $600! ARE YOU SERIOUS! Never in my life have I had such AWFUL SERVICE, AND NOW I AM BEING FORCED TO PAY A BILL THAT I 1000000% DO NOT OWE! I cannot even begin to voice my frustration. I will be posting this on EVERY SINGLE OUTLET I CAN FIND! I will also be contacting the news station over this! We are brand new T-mobile customers and wanted to get some help activating our new iPhoneX. We waited a little bit in line (no big deal) and when it was our turn my husband says "hello we are brand New to T Mobile and we have a few questions". The very first thing the associate responded with was "Jesus Christ". Well my my I didn't know Jesus Christ works at the T-Mobile off the 27! Pretty much this gal was NO HELP! Her peers were no help either. We ended up walking out of the store and called customer service ourselves. Go to that store to look at whatever phone you are thinking about buying. Other than that, leave. Go to Hungry Howie's next door and get some pizza. At least the kids who work there are nice and have manners. read more

Don't go to this T-Mobile store - they will do anything to get you to switch to them, even if that means lying about the price! The manager is NO help, she will pretty much call you a liar, if you were told a different price. They need to train their associates better. Don't sign anything unless you have them write what your monthly bill will be. I would only give them 1/2 of a star read more
