My wife and I have been Metro PCS customers for over a decade and have had various in store…read moreexperiences. My android phone that I've had for quite a few years was not holding a charge very well any more and wouldn't run some of the apps I wanted to run. When my wife needed a new phone I turned to Yelp to find a Metro PCS store with good reviews, which wasn't easy to find. Although we live in rural Washington State we will go where ever necessary for quality products or services. So I went to this store and told Fernando that I needed a new phone and that I needed one with plenty on memory and a good camera because as a machinist I use one all of the time when working on equipment to help me remember how thing go back together and that there is a high potential for it to be dropped on concrete. He helped me pick out a phone and case. I asked him to put a screen protector on the phone and he didn't have a tempered glass one to fit the phone I chose. Not knowing the difference I allowed him to put on a "liquid glass" style protector. I had the new phone slip out of my pocket a couple of weeks later and shatter the screen protector. I thought "not a big deal" that's what they are for I'll peel it off and replace it. ** IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE UNINFOMED** The liquid glass screen protectors do not provide impact protection, they are primarily to prevent scratches and are a nano layer that bonds to the phone's screen and are NOT replaceable and will render the screen unreadable when they shatter. The tempered glass style are easily replaceable and are far superior to the liquid glass type at protecting from impacts to the screen. ****************** Fernando was trying to provide me with what I requested, and I don't think he realized how fragile the liquid glass ones are like me. When I returned to the shop to asked them to "remove " the screen protector and found out it couldn't be removed I was glad to find out that he had put hand set replacement insurance on the phone. I know this review is getting long and so I'm going to end it by giving Fernando and Nancy a 5 star rating for their customer service helping me to get my phone replaced and being so patient and understanding with my situation. As a post script I would advise anyone buying a new phone to question wither they have a tempered glass style protector to fit the model your buying and insist that they NOT put a liquid glass one on your new phone.

We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Appliance! It was constantly refilling with water to try and redistribute the weight, which wasted an excessive amount of water and made our laundry cycles take three times longer than normal. From the start, the process was seamless. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the text reminders leading up to the appointment were great. Our technician, Michael, was phenomenal. He arrived right on time, was incredibly polite, and got straight to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue as worn-out dampers. Because Michael is actually a former Samsung engineer, he was able to break down exactly what was happening in terms that were easy to understand. Even better, he had an original Samsung parts kit right on his truck, saving us from the arm-and-a-leg prices Samsung would have charged us directly. Michael had our machine perfectly leveled, repaired, and running smoothly within an hour, and even gave us some tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again. The payment process was just as smooth as the scheduling. Thank you, Mr. Appliance and Michael, for the flawless service!

First off, no matter what number you call you get transferred to an offshore answering service…read more Huge red flag. After several tries I realized there was no way to actually get in touch with someone local. This was during the week during regular business hours, so I don't understand why I couldn't talk to someone local. I was also confused as to why there were so many different phone numbers on their website and Google and Yelp. I had identified a Mr Appliance location that was listed as being less than 10 miles from my rental property, but was told by the person answering the phone that they did not service my area. ??? Since the person was in another country, she couldn't explain to me why a company located a bike ride away couldn't service my property. They asked if I wanted a recommendation for an appliance repair company that serviced my area and then proceeded to give me the phone # but the wrong name for a company in Washington State that has a 2 star rating. ??? I have used Mr Electric in the past and have always had a great experience. The two companies are related in some way as a "family" of service providers. Too bad Mr Appliance was a non-starter. I will never, ever use a contractor I cannot actually reach on the phone.
