They had promised to pay off my phone and give us a fair price on our trade in phones. But nothing they promised happened, including "making things right." They just made things worse! We spent at least four hours trying to get what we were promised, including two call backs, which didn't happen, and the payoff trade in credits we were promised. We were told that there was nothing they could do, despite their promises to "make things right." Plus, the manager was very rude and unprofessional. If you're looking for a cell phone provider, I recommend Verizon or any other company besides T-Mobile. They are no good! Update: Nothing that T-Mobile promised happened and as soon as we pay off whatever T-Mobile dishonest debt we have is paid off, we're moving on to a new cell phone provider that has some integrity.
