I was returning a cell spot device and unfortunately customer support at the local store has consistently been unpleasant. H.B. is usually the one who has "helped" me and every time he acts as though he shouldn't have to do anything to help. Almost always I've had great customer service from T-Mobile employees BUT this store and especially this employee (H.B.) do NOT reflect T-mobile customer service. There were six people working and only one other customer was present and tbeing helped. The associate helping that customer was the only one that said hello and the rest just stood around until one said she could help....but no smiles, no common courtesy or even basic pleasant customer service. This town is known for having appalling customer service but this person and this store as a whole is one of the worst. I ended up taking my device and walking out. I can guarantee I won't go back to that store. I've experienced this three times too many. read more

We were not greeted by employees when we walked in. We said hello to the two male employees who looked at us, then turned away. We started looking at the phone selections and were told, "Sit down and no browsing of the phones allowed." There were absolutely no signs saying we couldn't browse. In my 9 years of being a customer to T-Mobile, I have never experienced such rude customer service by any T mobile employee but here at the Gallup location. all I can says is...SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE compared to the location in the mall. Extremely friendly employees who are happy to help you with literally anything. I purchased a $60 screen protector from the location at the mall and the guy "Lewis" messily applied it with so many fingerprints and lent. I asked for a replacement so I could do it myself and he legit got hurt and threw my brand new phone in front of me, telling me to get out. when I asked to speak to the manager Allison, she said it was my fault and told me they don't offer "used" returns. I was so appalled, I went to the location by burger king and they happily provided an exchange and reapplied the screen protector without any trouble. AVOID THE LOCATION IN THE MALL AT ALL COST, unless you like being treated like crap. read more
