My review is based on their propane tech representative Jonathan D. he is one of only three representatives that deliver propane.He has been incredibly empathetic and helpful in helping us face this harsh winter. Our propane tank is monitored by Amerigas, unfortunately the online gauge has not been accurately monitored.Therefore, online the gauge shows that I'm at 60% but in reality it has hit empty. Jonathan went out of his way to ensure that he refilled our tank. He has been sick for a week but since we are all suffering through this mishap with their system. He returned to work without fully recovering from his sore throat. I know it's a sacrifice to work in this weather especially when you're not feeling well.
