He told us if we moved all our furniture it would be cheaper so we moved our whole living area for him and the day he was suppose to come HE NEVER SHOWED!!! NEVER CALLED!!! Unprofessional! We called 6 times with no answer. He called us a day later and apologized said he got his dates mixed up and the he would give us another cleaning the next Wednesday which is today. We were annoyed to move everything back to live in our house and then had to move it AGAIN for him to come back and clean. Today he was suppose to show up at 9:00 am but ..... AGAIN....... NO CALL NO SHOW!!!! This company is very unprofessional. We tried and tried to call but again no answer. If they are this unprofessional with their customers I can just imagine how they would be unprofessional with my home and my carpets. Do not hire these people.

The lady was super friendly when helping me find the size and they fit amazing supper super comfy but I'm extremely heart broken because I can't wear them because it's beginning to peal. My father and I came in looking for old pawn jewelry and just some jewelry in general to buy. Many years ago we previously bought from Shi'ma Traders. We always had great service and purchased quality jewelry pieces. I guess those days are long gone. The young woman working there didn't even acknowledge us with a simple hello, and we were the only ones in the store. That should have been a warning sign right there. I looked through a small basket of sale items, none of which I was looking for. She never said a word other than to answer "no" when I asked if she had anymore old pawn items other than in the case. No questions on what I was looking for, style, etc. That was my queue to take my business elsewhere. That's too bad, I had money to spend. :/
