The lady was super friendly when helping me find the size and they fit amazing supper super comfy but I'm extremely heart broken because I can't wear them because it's beginning to peal. I was told there was a warranty if they wore out but when I called I was told really rude that "they don't do that and the only way they'd be able to help is with a receipt" when I frankly don't have it with me. Really love the store just wish they made it easier to get them fixed since I'm away.

My father and I came in looking for old pawn jewelry and just some jewelry in general to buy. Many years ago we previously bought from Shi'ma Traders. We always had great service and purchased quality jewelry pieces. I guess those days are long gone. The young woman working there didn't even acknowledge us with a simple hello, and we were the only ones in the store. That should have been a warning sign right there. I looked through a small basket of sale items, none of which I was looking for. She never said a word other than to answer "no" when I asked if she had anymore old pawn items other than in the case. No questions on what I was looking for, style, etc. That was my queue to take my business elsewhere. That's too bad, I had money to spend. :/

What a scam ! let people try things on ! The OTHER BIGGER PROBLEM I have is with the PRICES ! It's a SHAME that the prices are SO HIGH for the demographic of Gallups hard working class community . Especially when all of the items are DONATED and received for FREE! The McKinley County humane society thrift own the street has clothes for $1 ! Some of the clothing is so overpriced , I think im finally done shopping there ! PLEASE LOWER YOUR PRICES ! YOU CAN STILL SELL THINGS FOR A DOLLAR AND STILL MAKE A PROFIT IF THATS WHAT YOU ARE AFTER ! DO SOMETHING FOR THE COMMUNITY THAT DONATES TO YOU !! ! GOODWILL SHOULD BE ASHAMED IN A BIG WAY !

This one is kinda one I'd pass on, but I can't give any less than 3 stars because they always have great staff and the company itself is a great company. This one I'd pass on because it doesn't seem to really put out great stuff. The sections I personally frequent and consider the most potential of having great finds I think lack at this store and it seems the clothes in general is clothes most people would probably pass on. I think this is all depending on the area it's in so I don't put much blame on the store itself, but if you're like me and you're passing through and thought you might find greatness, I'm just trying to save you some time which is something I personally would've appreciated.
