T mobile had a great deal for 55+. My husband and I decided to go with phones and internet. We could get brand new phones for a discounted rate and bundled rates were super low. As we had not upgraded in over 5 years, we were excite3d. After months of no service in our home, new modems, boosters sent, etc. We still had no TV and had to stand in the middle of the street to make calls. They finally admitted that there were no working towers in our area and it could take up to 2 years before there were. So, we had no choice to go with another company for both services. They agreed to switch us to a no service plan so we could pay off our phones, at the discounted rate. After getting a bill for approx $1100, and fighting for over 6 months, with "promises that it would be fixed" someone on my "team"called be late at night apologizing that there was nothing I could do but pay it. After speaking to yet another manager he told me my choices were to let them shut it off and buy a used phone off internet, to pay it, or to go without a phone. He stated it was a legitimate charge and I broke the contract. I explained, yet again, that they sold me a service they were unable to provide and stated that I could still pay off the phones at a discounted rate as they took my old phone and destroyed it so I had zero choice but to keep the new phone but AGAIN I HAD NO SERVICE. So, the contract was not legitimate and the charge was not legitimate unless they could give me back my old phones and all the money I had already paid. He told me I could contact consumer affairs but the only way to do so was fax (OMG who still has fax) or mail (NOT email) so I did both. It's been 3 weeks....crickets. So, I am stuck paying all this money for a phone, on top of all the money I already paid, for a service I was never provided. Again, if it sounds too good to be true...it is. Now I am stuck paying a lot of $ for a phone, plus another cell and internet provider. As I am a senior on disability, it is not a pretty picture. Im not sure what I will do when Im forced to shut off my phone. They lied, cheated and basically stole from me and there is nothing I can do. I pay my bills but this is NOT a legitimate bill. read more

Karim and the guys at T-Mobile we're great. I live in VA and was visiting FL and Karim not only found me the phone I wanted but went out of his way to get it and spend the time to get everything straightened out with T-Mobile when the one I originally ordered was lost by UPS. Now I call them every time I need something, they are now my go to customer service because I know I can count on them. I would give Karim more stars if I could!!! read more

I had purchased a phone and service from here a month or so ago , there was a computer glitch the day of , and was hell getting it straightened out . But Karim and his staff took a lot of time and went way beyond his responsibility to get it corrected .
