I've been in here about four times, in the last month. I had to get two replacement phones. Each time, I have been greeted and taken care with professionalism and respect. I have been coming here for years, for my T Mobile needs. While I have had many positive experiences, the crew that is there now, are exceptional. Jordin, Washington, Kevin and Nahomy are knowledgeable about the products and services. I told their manager, Ian, that his crew is great!! Keep up the great customer service, I appreciate it!!! read more

Went there with the intent on leaving with the new fold7. I was immediately greeted by a young lady name Lia, whi was no help at all. As I was getting ready to go through with the purchase. I asked what ate my color options as I was looking for 512 G and blue in color. Her response was we only have black. Shouldn't she revealed this. Before taking all my info and taking pictures of my license?? When I asked can u order me the blue one. Here response was no. I would have to go online and do it myself. Why are you there then??? Whe n I asked can you find another store that .might have it? So I can g o there. Here response was. " We don't know other stores inventories, you would have to call yourself and find one" WTF!! Where is the customer service??? Never will go there again.. read more

The Mobile Manager Luis is amazing and professional. He represents what a manager should be.

I was at this location today and I will never go back and I do not recommend. The staff is super rude and not knowledgeable at all. The young lady that was "helping" me looked and acted like she did not want to be there, and her level of unprofessionalism showed at the end of our interaction when she made a very rude comment as I was leaving the store. I whent to the Tmobil in East meadow and 1, 2, 3 my issue was resolved with no issues, attitudes or nastiness. Perhaps the Freeport staff need to be retrained in costumer service and how to interact with costumers. I am very disgusted with this store! read more

This tmobile location is pathetic. The workers have NO IDEA what they are talking about and will send you on a wild chase for no reason. First off, I came here once looking to get a new phone ( called them- they said they have it in stock so I drive there and I get there 10 minutes later- they make me wait 15 minutes as they are opening up the safe to get the phone. After waiting- they claim they dont have the phone in stock anymore. Waste of my time and driving there for no reason. Second time I call them to do an upgrade yet again ( I spoke to customer service on the phone like ten times and they claimed I am eligible to get an upgrade. I get there and the guy goes i cant do an upgrade on you. long story short- avoid this location they have NO idea what they are doing read more

Horrible experience. I went to get my cracked screen protected changed. The one employee in the store took a look at my phone, shrugged his head and proceeded to show me his phone. He told me that his screen protector is in worst condition than mine and questioned why I want mine replaced. After arguing with me and refusing service, he told me that they don't have any screen protectors in the store. I called the 1-800 customer service line to complain about my experience at that store. The customer service support representatives then went on to tell me that my insurance when I purchased the screen protector for unlimited service is now gone and that I would have to pay an additional $18 per month to get it back. They told me I was lucky to be able to still replace my screen protector. I asked to speak with the manager and they put me on hold for over half an hour after talking with them longer. Overall, horrible service on all aspect. I have never had any issues with getting my cracked screen protector replaced before today and now they want to put additional monthly charges during these times. I'm considering switching cell phone service to Verizon or AT&T after this. read more

I've been there 4 or 5 times. The staff were always knowledgeable and helpful. I'll certainly go again.
