I had a new phone that was broken and I had no choice but to get an exchange on it since Samsung wouldn't help me. Francisco and Chris were inside the store and they were so helpful. They helped me put through a warranty exchange for a replacement device and my cost was only $5.43 and they were also very friendly. My device was ready on Tuesday so I went back in for it. I forgot the name of the girl who helped me but she was also very nice as well. My phone was transferred in a fairly short amount of time and I had my replacement phone ready to go. The rep was very professional and cordial. The rep attempted to get my phone up and running, I was told that the mother board in my phone was corrupt. I do recall downloading an app call Eat Around Town. After a day, I noticed that my phone was acting up. I am not saying that the app corrupted my phone but at the same time, I am not counting it out. While I was there for about one and a half hour with no positive results, I was informed about every step and process that they took with a final word of "I need a new phone." At least everyone in uBreakiFix was getting along with each other and the representative control the crowd with laughter and stories. It made for a less stressful situation. I was not the only PO person who had problems with downloading apps, but I was the only one that had to get a new phone. They tried to fix it but it just did not happen.... Inspire more, Yelp more!

The shop owner told me that he wanted to try charging it for an hour before doing anything unnecessary to my iPad; such as opening it apart. I later received a phone call that my iPad was just fine, it was just an issue with the charger. I was not charged for the diagnostics but I decided to buy the charger and an iPad cover from him, just because he was so kind and honest with me. We need more repair shops like this.
