And the backpack zipper is already off track not working could maybe be a simple fix who knows but what I do know is if I pay that much for a backpack I expect that to atleast not happen as a Walmart one will last the whole year but lesson learned. not to mention some of the shirts were $17 just too steep and I can get things just as cute for way less. maybe be a children's place to shop but not very accommodating for parents.

When I need another phone I will drive back down from Springdale to purchase here because of the exceptional service. I contacted Interior Mall x 2 by email and x 2 by phone and they did not respond. I finally had to report them to the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas and finally received a response. They indicated that they would send me the brackets to install the rod and ended up sending only 1 bracket that is for supporting the middle of the rod. I have had to re-engage the better business bureau and have even offered to pay for the brackets and the postage to send it. This is a very shady poorly run company. If I had it to do over again I would not have ordered the rod from them. The only reason I did not order from JC Penney where I usually get my drapery rods is because they did not have the extra long size that I needed. Would not recommend this company.

(The same fabric is available from numerous suppliers.) Interiormall did everything they could to help me. They contacted the manufacturer to try to get me a new order of 12 yards, but that didn't work out. So, they offered to take back the fabric for a full refund. I agreed, instead, to a generous discount on the price per yard. I would definitely recommend interiormall to anyone searching for fabric on the web.

I have been back to that location twice since they said it would be done and the place is closed both times! I went during normal nmbusiness hours so there was no reason for them not to be open. I even waited an hour thinking maybe they were at lunch. No. Just not open. At this point I don't even know if the store is closed for good. And if it is how do I get my ring or a refund.
