Stopped in here while I was on vacation and my phone started having issues. Amethyst Parson was extremely helpful and professional. I usually hate going to phone stores but she made it a very pleasant experience. When she didn't have the phone I wanted she told me if I got it somewhere else and had any issues to come back and see her. I ended up buying at Walmart but they were unable/ unwilling to switch everything thing over. I went back to see her and she took care of everything. When I need another phone I will drive back down from Springdale to purchase here because of the exceptional service. If you are anywhere near Alma, AR. and need a phone I definitely recommend going here. read more
