I walked into the store the other day and was never greeted by anyone. Not a "hello," not a "can I help you," nothing. For a company that publicly lists its customer service policies, this lack of acknowledgment was disappointing. When I finally managed to get someone's attention to return a few items, the staff were completely rude. There was no apology, no empathy, and no explanation as to why things had changed. On top of that, now when you walk in, you have to use a tablet at the front to check in and get a wait ticket before anyone will help you. I've been going to this same store for years and never had to do that before. I won't be using Cox again. They are no longer a reliable or customer-friendly option for internet or home services.

I was a customer for 15 years. Every year my bill would go up. Every year I would call and would be…read moretold I am on the loyalty program and I am receiving a discount. When I would talk to other Cox cable customers they would tell me they had service for just a year or two and would be paying $100 less than I was for the same service. I would call customer service and tell the rep this and all I would get back is I would have to disconnect for 30 days and sign back up as a new customer. I finally got tired of throwing my Monet out the window. It was as much or more than a car payment with insurance. That's ridiculous. I would never recommend Cox as a provider. Cox cable uses a shared cable line. If someone is having trouble or has a lose connection in your area you will also have an issue. A tech will have to go house to house to check which one has the issue. If you have fiber optic service in your are, especially if your a gamer, use them.

Instead, our TV spins and freezes in the middle of shows and often takes forever for shows to load. It's annoying. Even our cell phones have worse inet in the house on our WiFi. If is so annoying.

AT&T actually had a guy there that night, did some extensive trouble-shooting and got me back online. Getting to a real person on the phone to schedule an appointment (later canceled because a tech showed up) was not easy...the phone-bots are not easy to work with. But that is my only complaint. Great bang for the buck, strong, reliable connection. 4-full stars from me.

No one at customer service speaks english . lightning hit my router and fried it told lady at customer service what happened her response was what kinda light do you have , I said lady lightening hit is and fried it i dont have any lights . She responds unplug it and plug it back in and see what kinda light you get so i said mam fire came oyt of the top there is no lights its fried . I said send a tech out here with a new router and he will have to work on the pedistolat the pole. She says well we have to go thru these test before we can get a tech. I hung up after i told her if there isnt a tech here tomorrow afternoon my next call would be to cancel my service. Stay away from these people and bright speed they are both connected and its junk

They had my laptop for 5 weeks and never a call or anything. They couldn't fix the issue and wanted to sell me a fix that would have cost as much as a new laptop. Plus the only progress I would get from them was when I had to go in there and ask about it. The employees are nice but I cannot tell anybody to go there at all.
