    If I could give ZERO stars I would. This particular store is a JOKE they're lazy liars who don't do…read moretheir jobs. I've spent the last 30 days and countless hours on the phone with T-Mobile customer support because THEY DID NOT do their jobs. After 5/6 hours IN THE STORE. They said everything was taken care of with my switch from Att to T-Mobile, but it wasn't. They never submitted the appropriate documents they HAD gotten from me, like they said they would. Cost me $800 out of my pocket while I had to WAIT and CALL and WORK with customer service to get my money back and things be done the RIGHT way. DO your jobs or hire competent professionals to do it. They sit around chatting and laughing and on their phones, one employee who is a woman even sat talkin about her uncle is in the KKK, I mean talk about UNPROFESSIONAL and out of touch. I'm a teacher, you think I sit around and NOT teach my kids and get PAID for it then expect the parents to teach them what I GET PAID TO DO.. NO. I don't even live in Arkansas, my family does. Do you damn jobs or find news ones. Do not go to this store, I suggest finding a new location.

He said they would cover our last bill and pay off my phone. It didn't happen and what ensued were multiple calls and trips to the store with no results. I was flat out lied to and at one point during one of my hour plus calls with customer support, the support person called this store and we were told by the employee that answered at the store that "he was with a customer and did not have time for this" and hung up. The manger Eric is no better than his employees. All and all it took me 4 in person trips, two to Verizon and 2 to the store and around 9 hours on customer support to get this resolved and believe me, no one at this store facilitated the resolution.
