She responds unplug it and plug it back in and see what kinda light you get so i said mam fire came oyt of the top there is no lights its fried . I said send a tech out here with a new router and he will have to work on the pedistolat the pole. She says well we have to go thru these test before we can get a tech. I hung up after i told her if there isnt a tech here tomorrow afternoon my next call would be to cancel my service.
