They had my laptop for 5 weeks and never a call or anything. They couldn't fix the issue and wanted to sell me a fix that would have cost as much as a new laptop. Plus the only progress I would get from them was when I had to go in there and ask about it. The employees are nice but I cannot tell anybody to go there at all.

No one at customer service speaks english . lightning hit my router and fried it told lady at customer service what happened her response was what kinda light do you have , I said lady lightening hit is and fried it i dont have any lights . She responds unplug it and plug it back in and see what kinda light you get so i said mam fire came oyt of the top there is no lights its fried . I said send a tech out here with a new router and he will have to work on the pedistolat the pole. She says well we have to go thru these test before we can get a tech.
