We scheduled for the next day after noon. However, due to the short notice, certain parts were not at hand for them to do our service so they went out of their way trying to find them. Because of the delay they had another appointment to tend to but were able to squeeze us in later in the evening. It was not an ideal time, but after all we understood it was short notice and appreciated their willingness to squeeze us in. The next time I came, though, I worked with Larry. He helped me order my phone and trade in my old one -- the whole process was such a seamless one! Plus Larry provided such great customer service: he is super knowledgeable and has a great demeanor! You can't choose who you work with, but if you get either of them, you're in good hands! Generally, though, when you get there, if it is crowded, make sure you know who's in front of you! Sometimes the staff doesn't keep track of who comes in when because it is so crowded, so the honesty policy kicks in.
