This was at one of their Lawrenceville locations, and it was a very disappointing experience. Fast forward three years, and after moving to a new area, I found a location closer to my residence and decided to give them another chance to see if the service had improved. I submitted a repair request online, and two days later I received a text message confirming that they had received my request. I responded within seconds, explaining what I needed, but after that, I heard nothing. Five hours passed without a single reply. Based on my past experience and the lack of communication this time, I have decided that I will not be contacting this company again. Fortunately, there are plenty of qualified repair technicians in Georgia who value customer service and responsiveness. Unfortunately, my experiences have left me feeling that this company does not genuinely care about its customers.
