My Verizon app would give me reminders about where I am in the line and when it was my turn, another Verizon personnel called me up. He was very professional and attentive. I didn't like that some of the answers were to call a number but the rest of my questions were answered in a good manner. This Verizon personnel even suggested a good plan for me that will save me a lot more money! I wish I got his name. If you're military, bring in your LES. They do the discount on the spot! And they will help you select a plan, including the tax, add-ons, and military discount for an estimation for you!

Sabrina greeted me and helped me right away. She was such a delight! Not only did I get the promotion deal that I went in for, she kept the service within the price range that I wanted to stay in, she checked for other promotional offers, and she checked for any discounts that I might qualify for. Sabrina had to order the iPhone that I wanted as they were selling out of them so quickly. When I went back to pick it up, I brought my mother with to shop around (also a Verizon customer...still paying on her phone and under contract). Sabrina helped the both of us simultaneously...and did such a good job! My mother got the same deal as I did, plus AT&T is paying off her phone and her contract termination fees! I would like to add that not everything goes as planned, for folks that are giving bad reviews based on wait times or problems happening during their transactions....that's not really out of the ordinary. Things happen beyond our control. It's a matter of how we handle them that makes the difference. It took a few hours to go through the process of trading in our old phones and getting our new service and accessories and to have everything explained to us so that there were no hidden surprises to come. There was a problem transferring my service from Verizon to AT&T and Sabrina handled it like the professional that she is! From what I saw in the store, everyone was friendly and helpful. Kudos to all the employees in this store because the traffic didn't let up at all. If you plan on going in to transfer service and get the best deals possible, plan on spending some time there to do so. It's well worth it!!

Scheduled an appointment on Tuesday to have my screen replaced. I had a small crack to be repaired…read more They called and said they had the part and could do it anytime which was really nice and not necessary but I came in the next day. They was able to replace the screen in an hour. They told me to come back and I it would be ready which I did. Everything was ready and no issues. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend this place and would use there services again.

First open sign was on but door locked, soon as I pulled the locked door the young man came out and unlocked the door along with a lady who was behind me, the young man looked at the phone and told me if I knew the age of the phone and said it was five years old. The store phone was ringing off the hook and the associate was not thrilled at all. The lady behind me said you need more help or someone to answer the phone, he replied "the boss is a cheap ass" that put à damper on things, then he told me there was nothing to do and to buy a new phone as it's cheaper than the replacement. 150 for the repair is cheaper than a 500 dollar new phone, Yeah.. time to leave... The last time I was in that location for a broken screen there was no issue the older gentleman who was there was great friendly and very helpful and taken the time to replaced the screen. After returned home I searched Google there was a work around the power button and I got the phone to reboot. The strange part it work around was posted by ifix posts. Lesson learned, don't go on the weekend. Cheers ** Update for 5/9/26** Went to west Fayetteville location to have CPU swap on phone, gentleman working was great, he knows his craft and very dedicated and loyal employee. I understand why the gentleman at the Skibo location was upset mostly due to mismanagement by the owner of the Cumberland county location's and not knowing if their locations will close due to mismanagement. The gentleman repaired my phone in 30 mins and there was no missing information or problems with any part of my phone. I walked into this store in Fayetteville on a busy afternoon and a young man from the back asked if…read morehe could help me and I said I hope so. I had an LED flashlight that had old Duracell batteries that had leaked and corroded the battery holder and the inside of the flashlight. I had tried to clean it at home the best I could but could not get it to work. I asked the young man if they sold the battery carriage for this brand of flashlight that they stock and he said sorry but no. He said let me clean it for you. I said are you sure you don't mind and he said not at all! He cleaned the battery carriage and I had brought new batteries with me and the light still did not work. I took it completely apart and he tried to clean several more contacts and finally grabbed a Dremel tool and cleaned every contact in the flashlight. Finally after about 4-5 tries it worked again. This young man would not allow me to pay him a thing. I really appreciated the outstanding customer service and quality of attitude that this young man demonstrated. I have a renewed faith in what service actually means! I certainly hope that this fine young man has the Merriest of Christmas's this year! THANK YOU! Jon Warren
