This place is fantastic! It is the only place in Fayetteville that recycles alkaline batteries which deserves 5 stars on its own! I was also able to recycle an old laptop lithium ion battery and a burnt out CFL from my garage all at no cost (Another bonus because it's hazardous waste if happens to break and online it said there may be a cost for light bulb recycling). I can't tell you how long I've been carting around that ziplock bag of dead batteries in attempt to collect enough to make it worth sending it to a mail-in program. The clerk was super friendly too. I arrived at this store at 9:15 am and was greeted and asked what I needed. (so far so good) I answered a battery for my Samsung S-6 cellphone and was told the that technician did not come in until 10am. I explained that I did not need the technician as I was familiar with battery replacement on the S-6 and needed the battery only. I was then informed that was not the way they did business and that everything had to be done through the tech. At which point I said goodbye to Batteries Plus Bulbs. Besides having to wait until 10am for the tech and waste my time it seemed like a ploy to increase the price that I would be charged. I walked into this store in Fayetteville on a busy afternoon and a young man from the back asked if he could help me and I said I hope so. I had an LED flashlight that had old Duracell batteries that had leaked and corroded the battery holder and the inside of the flashlight. I had tried to clean it at home the best I could but could not get it to work. I asked the young man if they sold the battery carriage for this brand of flashlight that they stock and he said sorry but no. He said let me clean it for you. I said are you sure you don't mind and he said not at all! He cleaned the battery carriage and I had brought new batteries with me and the light still did not work. I took it completely apart and he tried to clean several more contacts and finally grabbed a Dremel tool and cleaned every contact in the flashlight. Finally after about 4-5 tries it worked again. This young man would not allow me to pay him a thing. I really appreciated the outstanding customer service and quality of attitude that this young man demonstrated. Beware: Attention to all customers that need motorcycle batteries. I HIGHLY recommend that no one buy motorcycle batteries from this place. Negative customer service that refuse to listen. All I wanted to know and be shown what is and isn't covered in the warranty. They could not show me in black and white what is and isn't. I received numerous "it's just not covered". Places like this, that treat service members in such a negative way should not exist. They are quick to sell you the wrong items and then when it goes bad, they assume no responsibility. If you choose to go there, I wish you the best of luck. This was my first and last time shopping there. I will spread the word about this place. BTW this mistake has cost me over $500 in repair cost and possibly my life. Please share this and hopefully the correct personnel could see this and correct it so it doesn't happen to anyone. Just wanted to comment on Randy's fake review. First I find it sad the a battery almost cost him his life and a repair bill of $500.00. Sorry but I call Bull. The Warranty is very clear and is on the paperwork. Second, the only way a battery can cause damage on a bike if you install it wrong. Remember that they just sell them you install them yourself. Last on a motorcycle the battery is short lived if you do not ride enough even with a trickle charger. In all a guy with out a clue gives a poor review for his own stupidity. Come on man. Grow up and quite the crap. Battery Biz. Has always given me great services for my bikes, my jeeps, my trucks and my work fleet. Over 37 batteries in two years. Not one problem. I went here to get my iPhone screen replaced the first screen they put in didn't work at all so I had to wait another hour for them to put a new on on and 2 days after that half of the screen doesn't work this place is complete garbage. read more

Absolutely avoid this store. I just went in to get my iPhone 6 screen replaced. There was a tiny, tiny bit of movement at the bottom right of my screen and I asked the guy if I should replace my screen or just use my insurance to replace the whole phone. He looked it over and put it flat on the counter several times while pushing on different corners and areas of the phone and said no it's fine. When I went to pick up my phone, there are now gaps in several places and the Touch ID will no longer work. Also, I can no longer see my phone screen with sunglasses on?!? I stated several times when I picked it up that I wish I had been told there was going to be a problem with the screen before they replaced it and I wouldn't have replaced it and just used my insurance. Now, I'm supposed to miss work and bring my phone in tomorrow for another technician to try to fix it. I'm out $110 and will probably have to pay $200 under insurance for a new phone so I'll be out $310 for a screen!!! Now, they want to replace the screen for a 3rd time and if that doesn't work they will mail my phone off to see if it should be replaced. Please do not go here to get a minor, tiny crack on your screen fixed. You will end up with an un-cracked screen but 100 other problems you didn't have before. And when the 'master tech' talked to me on the phone last night he said they would probably just have to replace my phone. He said NOTHING about having to mail it off. Save your money and repair your phone elsewhere. The mall would probably be better! read more

Selection is pretty good with most common and specialty batteries the average person or company, other than maybe heavy industry, would need. The big negative is the price. SKY HIGH. I use them only for urgent need where online ordering is not an option. Price is usually 2 times or more what I can get them for online including the shipping, and I'm not just talking from one or two online sellers, but from numerous online sellers. If you know the battery is failing in advance or you can wait a little bit to replace it go online. Try e-bay first. You will pay way less even with shipping. This is especially true if you need multiple relatively expensive batteries like pretty much anything 12 Volt Lead acid or AGM. Prices from Batteries Plus tend to be better, based on my experience, on common batteries where there is local brick and mortar competition. If it's unusual enough you won't find it in the big box store then plan to pay through the nose at Batteries Plus, but, when you have to have it right away from a local source and price is a secondary concern they can be a big asset. read more
